This company is awful. I have not had any luck using this card. It has declined everywhere I have tried to use it and it when I was trying to tell them this they just basically said your problem now mine. The final part of it in order to get a refund the money they want to charge you 10$ to refund it. I was like do you hear yourself that makes no sense a card you can't use and then want to charge 10$ to refund your money. I did not receive this so called email.Update: 5-8-24as usual the company was no help this company is a scam and I will be reporting this company for fraud and misrepresentation.This card is useless and they are no help. Beware do not get a prepaid debit card from this company at all cost its not worth it. They hold your money hostage and then does nothing about it their excuse is the card is working no its not. I will be getting my money back. This company needs to be shut down and investigated for fraudulent practices.Update5-09-24Company just stole my money this company is nothing but a scam. I have no way to use this card and basically telling me stuff I have already done. They are refusing to do anything about it. I will be making a complaint against them again and show them the 100 of complaints about this company stealing money. Scam Company that needs to be shut down. Why have a debit card if you can't use it. I have also contacted Tango to have this option of an reward taking off there. The company doesn't need to have customers if this what they do. This is day eight dealing with this company and they have not been helpful at all. Update number 2:05-09-2024 Okay so they think trying to give me a debit card a piece of plastic that won't will fix this. No it won't this company is ridiculous and has no common sense. Why would i why risk getting this so called debit card and risk using it somewhere when everywhere I tried to use and yes it was one time payment and guess what it gets declined. Come on lets be smart.
This is a company is a scam I'm about to sue them in NJ , I have about $5k worth of visa and mastercard gift cards that I wasn't able to use before expiration date.My access to the website was locked, and outsourced customer service is not helpful
got a card as part of a settlement added it to my wallet and enrything and activated with pin number set up. got declined everywhere i tried to use it. gas stations grocery stores etc. called and had the worst expertise with the most unhelpful staff. blackhawk is a scam for sure
They took a long time and did not fix my problem. I did wait one month to get any update. not have any great help by email or by calling customer service. I WILL LOSE MY CARD FOR NOTHING :(CS13003398 - Cardholder Services.....Update..I did call your team 10 time and emails more than 20 times not get any respond.the problem my card will be End very soon.I don't know with how must to talk to fix that problem.
The platform seemed wonderful to me, and I trusted it for a while, however from one day to the next, my mastercard cards stopped working, and it does not allow me to log in to my account, I have more than $500 that I do not have access to since April 2024. It is difficult to contact them to resolve this problem, and I have not received any email about it.I would really love to resolve this issue and be able to access my funds again.UPDATE:14/12/2024:A month later, I still have no response or contact from myprepaidcenter support.

Im writing another review, because they told me to contact me! They did it as well, but i sent them the Informations and nothing happened. I paid a lot of money for my card, so i want a working card. Otherwise i will get in touch with mastercard and speak about their partnership what exactly that is.
