The My Prepaid Center site has SERIOUS problems. I have had an account on the site with many cards that STILL HAD BALANCES. I go to log in to my account a month later and the account does not even exist, according to a CS agent. Customer service is a pain to get a hold of, and a card that I just redeemed through the site (before I realized my account was gone) is now gone because I didn't screenshot the card when I redeemed it. This is a serious problem if the site is closing out accounts with outstanding card balances. Edit: Company contacted me and solved my issue.
I bought a 50$ card and tried using it on steam and everywhere it says that it should work where there is master card but it doesn't work anywhere it keeps saying declined and u can't even reach out for support couse they have a bot for support not a human don't buy from this site it's bad.
I have a virtual card, I’ve tried calling and there is no way to get in contact with a live person. I see the transaction credit on my list but you didn’t put the money back on the card. I’m furious, horrible company. Are you going to steal my money?6/21: update. I have advised should have been 2 credits of $25.24, total of $50.48 from Amazon. I’ve provided the transaction codes for both credits but still only $25.24 posted. I provided a screenshot showing the total and I still cannot get my money back or get in contact with a live person. You are thieves. I’m going to report this to my company to stop using you because they give these away as rewards to employees.
The card is said to be usable "anywhere that accepts Visa", yet I cannot make a single purchase on any online retailer. It is said to be compatible with Apple Pay and Google pay, yet I cannot add the card to either without an error. Support contacts are phone-only and US-only, giving me no other choice than to file a complaint here.
I cannot use my card at all, and reaching out to support is impossible. Their numbers are just automated lines no human or anything. I made a mistake with typing my zipcode whilst making the card and now I cannot use my card anywhere. I'd love to reset my card and not lose my 25$ but oh well
Dosen’t work i tried to get my card to work but no luck. I tried for Half a year and the card expires in May 2024.
