The card numbers are hidden and cant be used

I bought a prepaid card for 20dollar and redeem it and once i filled all the details and make the signature i got a card with hidden number so I dont know how to resolve that i would like that someone write me to resolve that please... email iboangloma@ protonmail.comasap my issue is resolved i will edit that bad review because right now I just feel upset...UPDATE 1I received and email from you but its still not resolved you send me a retrieve card number that lead to an error message, and i send you a screenshot still not get my virtual card.UPDATE 2They still didn't find a solution they send me links that are just error message and why they dont just generate a new virtual card?? they just say they upscale but nothing happen...

Bought this $100 myprepaidcenter card from g2a. I can't use this card in almost every online store that support Mastercard. I've also tried connecting it to Google Pay and Google Wallet but it doesn't work. it says try to contact the bank, couldn't finish to set-up this card for tap to pay. So how can I use this card I just bought for?Updated:they replaced my card with a new one, but theres no change, the new card only accepted on Google Play. Can't even link it to google pay or any wallet apps. And when I asked where this card would accepted, they always replied that this card will accepted at all merchants. Like what ? I just want more specific answer. Tell me which merchant? I don't want to waste my balance on useless stuff. Please tell me. Don't give me a template answer. Are you aware that almost everyone here who has an issue with their card is that they can't use the card and getting rejected with their payment/transaction.

This site is barely functional.

This site is barely functional.I've been trying to redeem my Prepaid Visa for 2 days straight, and yet, it still hasn't let me. Continuous error messages such as "Errors on our end, try again later" and "Oops, we couldn't load ____, please try again later". It's like their fraud detection system is overly sensitive to the point where it blocks normal user activities. At some point, I even was temporarily blocked on the site for some reason. I'm guessing it was because I was refreshing the page too much since I was hoping it'll resolve the problem I've had gotten on the page for like the 10th time.I don't even know why it started acting like this, since I had no problems with this site a while back when I was using it. So I'm guessing there's like a 1% chance that it may start to work properly again.And I've seen and read people who has had problems with this site months and years ago and the fact it's still ongoing and not fixed is shocking.Please fix this site, it's so frustrating and I don't even think that they care about the user's opinion about this site at this point. Because if they did, it'll probably be fixed or even useable by now.Edit: Yes, my pin is actually valid, still not activated. Why? because the site doesn't work? And there's barely any customer support at all. Even tried loading FAQs just to see if it can resolve my problem but guess what, didn't even load. Just a blank ole white page. They just see their 1 star review everyday and still do nothing about it, but just reply saying, "Please contact customer support", it's just a joke at this point. I guess I'll just wait a whole week and see if the site can actually let me activate my card (or most likely not).

Scammed

I bought these 2 prepaid Mastercard cards for 100$ each. One can only be used on Google Play and didn't work in almost every online store.They always refuse payment from this card. The second card is even worse, it cannot be used for any transactions even Google Play refuses payment from this card. Both cards cannot be linked to Google Wallet or any wallet apps. Tell me which store or merchant would accept this card. I don't wanna waste my time and money for this.Thank you.

Card doesnt work anywhere, tried multiple card payment provider and ALWAYS gets denied, idk why any company work with this folks, complete scam and worst support ever possibleEDIT: Their support is so bad that their answer below was for a site that doesnt even exists anymore and they applied the same scams in there, such a joke businness (no resolution yet btw)Edit 2: Confirmed i got scammed, they sent me an email for support and i really believed they would help me, but they didnt, allegedly, i did "Transactions above $5" when i was trying 1 cent transactions on google play and other places and still getting denied, joke card and joke company

Goodyear decided to use these flunkies…

Goodyear decided to use these flunkies to distribute their tire rebate cards. I had not received my card and went way over the expected 8-10 weeks for the card to arrive. I phoned Goodyear and they said it was sent in October 2023.Will come Jan 2/24 I was instructed to call Blackhawk card services. After talking with Blackhawk they said they would send out a new card in 7-10 business days. Come Jan 16 and it not my mail after 9 business days I phoned Blackhawk and had a awful experience dealing with their out of country call service. The lady couldn’t understand English and I couldn’t understand her broken English . After giving her all my information twice she said they couldn’t issue a new card. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold … then there service said all agents are busy. I left my number for a call back and still have not received a call back from their supervisor. They probably scam that the card was sent out but they give the funds to the 3rd world relatives where the call centre is at. This day in age we have to expect that every person on this planet will scam, steal, and rob us!!!

Don't spend your money

I bought a prepaid mastercard. When i try to enter the code in the site it just redirects me to the home page. I have never been able to use my card i reccomend all of you never buy anything related with Blackhawk Network. Help me solve this and i will change my review. I don't wan't to have to go through all of this just to use my card-
