I have a redeem code months ago, until now, I have not been able to redeem the code on myprepaidcenter.com. This site is a pure scam at 1000% I called them but they say the agent say cannot hear me while me I can hear the agent perfectly. I'm sure, she does it on purpose. I called back over three times but it's the same, the agent refuse to hear me when I spell the redeem code to give it to them. I asked her if they have an email contact she said no this means that she can perfectly hear me and hear all what I say except the redeem code. Weird han ??If I try to redeem it on myprepaidcenter.com it does not work at all.
Waiting for a day to get the new cause the person on the Phone said only a few hours.I don't see a DM so please contact me via email which is known in your system.I have balance but can not use it. Called them, they asked for a physical address, they havn't ask for that during the registration. They hang up! Still got $330,- in my card!!! It's a scamp company!!!!!Thank you for your answer. This is a repost. A couple of weeks ago, i bought 2 Virtual Mastercard Prepaid cards from an online store. The codes had been redeemed and both of the cards are in my account, with a full balance each. When i try to use them for online purchases where Debit Mastercard payments are available, the payment does not go through, it keeps getting declined. I'm looking to fix the issue but the Customer Support isn't available. If anyone from MyPrepaidCenter sees this, i'm looking for a contact email with immediate response. Not a phone number, not a "Trust Pilot DM". I WANT AN CONTACT EMAIL WITH IMMEDIATE RESPONSE! I don't want to start with legal actions, because i'm looking to solve this peacfully.
I can't access my prepaid card on the website. No email support at first. I had to call them about the issue to provide my email to converse later.One month has already passed and they can't fix the problem. I asked them to just give me the card details or refund. Instead, they send me a weekly update that the case is still in progress
Made a payment to a vendor, showed up as error on merchant's website but monies still deducted from my card. Now trying to contact prepaid center by phone for days, there's no option to talk to an agent, when I try to dispute the transaction it keeps telling me I need to register my card. My card is registered. Such usless "customer support" service when you can't even talk to god damn representative and also there's no email address to contact them either. Only phone, which is usless like I described. Save your money and energy, don't go for these cards.
Digital card from My Prepaid Center initially worked for the first purchase through paypal and then all following purchases were declined. I then tried to log in on the website to check my balance and the system apparently couldn't find my email address. I re-registered with the same email and now its saying I have no cards registered to my account!? Seems like a big scam to me. EDIT: I finally found a link to access my account only to find that I should have over $100 left on the card according to all the transactions however my AVAILABLE balance is only $9. So for some reason a large portion of my balance that I paid for cannot be spent??
