Tried using my virtual card that I got from a class action settlement but it doesn't work. It was declined every time I try to use it. The phone number on the card is only an automated response system and there's no live agent to fix the problem. Who can I talk to so I can use my card?Update:To Juan P,I tried calling 877.944.3822 but the automated system says that information did not match your records. I checked the myprepaidcenter mastercard number 1-888-371-2109 and the card information is valid but still no live customer service rep to talk to. How can I get thru at 877.944.3822, if the automated system keeps saying that my card information is not valid?Update:I was able to use my prepaid mastercard. There's a merchant list at another website the company has myprepaidcenter.app. You have to use the card at specific merchants (they have the list of merchants there too).
I have 2 prepaid card with 210$ value but can't use it on facebook ads neither on any other services , its like i threw my money , if there is somthing you can do to refund my money i am hoping someone could help me .It's a vital amount for me .
Started out with a rly bad experience but two emails after first response they solved my issues without much hassle at all.Way smoother than i expected it to be, just one note, please add an email option on the support part of myprepaidcenter.com, thanks for the help tho :)
Honestly, I'm wondering if reviewers below have even taken the time to contact CS by phone. I felt compelled to write this review (super positive experience) as going in, pre-phone call, I was worried it would be otherwise. Had 2 prepaid MCs, $200 each. One - I had redeemed and used, with a portion left, but it had expired. The second, I had NOT redeemed, so the virtual CODE had expired. For both cards, agent was able to extend no questions asked... though, while waiting on the line, the automated message does say "once funds expire, the remaining value is forfeited". Which is BS, because on the face of the card it says "funds do not expire"! Anyway, super quick, pleasant phone call with agent!
I received a virtual card for my part in a class action settlement. I wanted the money sent to my PayPal account but this company doesn't do it all thought it is a payment method listed on the payment section. It still shows my balance but they refuse to release my money and I am supposed to go to who issued me the card!!! This is bs and I want my $7.69!!
CertainTeed prepaid card. Won't work at any restaurants - always declined. Tried today to use it on myprepaidcard.com to purchase a gift card and again declined. Called myprepaidcard.com by phone number on back of card and some of them listed below. Just get an automated person so can't get resolved. Tried 1+ years to use but can't and get $5 fee each month.
