Worst useless company , you have to complain just to be able to use their cards,they do this just to steal from victims who give up early .I have a gift card I can't use it ,this company must be shutdown . fraudulent scam am disgusted.Stay away from this company.

Hello! I bought a 20 usd prepaid card. It takes 6 days to only redeem it. Also I can't log in account which is connected to my card. It says "There was an error signing in. Please try again later.".Also when I redeemed my card, its details were hidden instead of the balance. Now I can't sign in and use my card. Also call support couldn't help me with. Got this from a work event and absolutely wished they never contracted with this company. So hard to get the funds from them, their website doesn’t work majority of the time. You can’t speak to a live agent at all and will go around in circles with their automated systems to get no answers you need. I can’t get into my account at all to want to load or check my balance. Had to make a new account but unable to add my original card on it and no one is around to move pass this part and send me the right info needed to use this thing. This was poorly set up and be warned they do charge a monthly fee for their terrible services.tbh I just wanted to add a small amount to use up the difference and be rid of it. (Because it’s a virtual card) I never want to use this ever again.
Dont use it if you value your time.Starting with a website with terrible authentication proccess and login panel makes error most of the time i was trying to login. No one list of all cards i have with balance, i have to go to every email i get one by one to check 5 cards balance i have and every time even if the website dont frick out i have to use single code. Imagine you want to manage 20+ cards? what terrible waste of time. Other thing cards by themselves works really randomly on different services, with the same cards i used for play store, appstore etc i wasnt able to use in other websites and other worked just other way around. Every card i have to go to each website and check if it works there or not, finally some cards top to work anywhere, i dont mind 100+ $ i lost but i care about how much time i spend on this. I defenetly don't recommend using it except if you like torturing yourself by monitor for few hours trying to login and figure out which websites gonna accept their cards. Very few online businesses accept the Prepaid Mastercards issued by this company. It’s unfortunate, since many large class action lawsuit resolutions use this horrible way to pay people the money owed instead of simply sending them checks. I’ve never been able to use the Blackhawk network my prepaid center cards for anything useful, just large retailers to purchase crap I don’t need. Can’t use it to buy gold or pay bills, so it really isn’t money. It’s a joke.
Have a rewards card since Subaru is too cheap to use a reputible company. This company is embarrassing to deal with. They locked my card up over an Ebay purchase they said seemed fraudulent even though the seller had 400k/99% feedback so a store essentially. 10 calls in and they can't fix it from getting locked up from any transaction. Embarrassing.
