Reporting them to A.G. and FTC. This corrupt way of running people around on a phone line that doesn't answer questions is part of their scam. The other is forcing to use a virtual card when you don't have the ability to. I'm so tired of the complete ineptitude and sending me in circles that don't answer my question when I try to contact via email or reply to their idiot emails. Their cryptic instructions they send don't help and you cannot get human assistance except to send a virtual GD card again, or wanting to charge more for a plastic card. NO MORE!!! I'm going after Equifax for this, too!
Scam! myprepaidcenter.com wouldn't validate my virtual debit card that i was awarded. I could and cannot ever reach a person at myprepaidcenter.com to solve the problem. Frustating. I know they know all about my virtual debit card because by my online selection they sent me an equivalent dollar value physical credit card in the mail, but they charged me $3 for this, the only choice they gave me that works. The scam is that they figured out a way to receive $3 for every virtual card that they are supposed to handle for $0. They need to be class-action sued by lawyers. Where are those attorneys who will stand up and earn big money for exposing the shoddy inaction of myprepaidcenter.com?
I have been receiving gift cards from here left and right through the fetch app and have never had a problem until now! My $25 gift card is not working anywhere even though I have activated it through my email, and I am unable to reach anyone on the customer service line, I have been on hold with nobody picking up.
I received a $25 gift card as a birthday gift which I forgot I had. I tried to use the card and it said 0 balance comes to find out I was charged a fee for every month I had the card for inactivity. I will be reaching out to the Credit Union which is Diversified Members Credit Union to inform them to purchase their gift cards from a different vendor as I am sure they do not know that you are charging there members an inactive fee and the cards balance is wiped out. This company is a scam is should be ashamed. I was totally embarrassed when I tried to use the card and they have taken the balance.
Complete scam. I have a $1,000 gift card from this site, and it gets rejected on every single website that I try to use it on. I've called customer service several times, and have never been able to get through to someone who can help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is clearly a scam.
Purchased a gift card for my wife and the first time trying to use it, it became obvious there were no funds on it. Someone had accessed it already and spent all the money. Contacted support, received info on where and how the money was spent (clearly it was stolen) and when I complained, they washed their hands of the situation. They couldn't care less $100 down the drain. Stay away from these gift cards
Useless! So many bad reviews here all for the same thing - money in card but card doesn’t work.I’ve got a card and it initially worked and then magically stopped working. The website is incredibly complicated and limited.No way to email or raised a support request you must call and spend ages on hold to speak to someone who hasn’t got a clue.
