Absolute rip off. Please don’t ever order from them. Product was prob worth £2.50 but charged us nearly £50. Initially refused to provide return address and then the fake info on their return page turned out to be a return to china. Had to get a charge back from the bank in the end.
Ordered advent calendar said a whisky every day arrived 15 dec 2 weeks late Each bottle was an inch high and a Christmas decoration not real whisky same with a soft drink holiday soda non drinkable 64£ all for decoration Now the email system says in box full You are more than a joke Avoid at all costs !
Oh this company is a fraud. I received my white shoose, thinking its DMs as it showed on picture on the label, but its some cheap material, not sure is it leather, very clumsy. Its true to size but not worth it over £60, and delivery was 2 weeks. Don't shop from here. Returns you have to pay all your self. And its probably coming from India. Stay away from them.
Omg!!! Bargepole!!!This company is just terrible to deal with. I ordered a trench coat from what I thought was a UK website. It took forever to arrive, and it didn't fit. It also wasn't anything like the photos showed so I contacted them to ask how to send it back and they refused to give me an address until I'd shown them photos of the item, and then they gave me the return address. China. I can't even imagine how protracted it would be to try and send it back and whether they'd even admit they got it back, if it did find its way back there. They offered me a 25% refund and to keep a cheaply made coat that doesn't fit me and looks awful (how very generous) because they realised the difficulties involved returning an item to China, which I would have to pay for. I told them make it 50% so I wouldn't feel COMPLETELY ripped off, and they never responded. Nor have they to my second email asking them for an update on that. The company is an absolute SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. DON'T GIVE THEM A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY! I wish I'd checked the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned.
If I could I wouldn't give even one star. They sell things from China for a lot of money and when they come to you you will find out that it is not worth even £10. I am absolutely dissatisfied. I definitely do not recommend. I sent mysa london an email that I want to return the goods so I am curious if they will answer me.
It's a scam and should be shut down. I have ordered classic Original Dr Martens as advertised on their website and they send fake pair of some cheap and poor workmanship shoes. Not to mention the delivery arrived from China after 15 days. Also, the contact details they provide on their website is fake. I have emailed them twice and never got any response, and the mobile number is also fake. Now, I want to return the fake shoes and there is no return address, and no response via email or phone. So basically I have lost £60.
