What an absolute con! Bought a sheepskin flying jacket but what came was a piece of plastic that was fit for the bin! Emailed my refund request and received a shipping update, tried the phone number on the website and it says the number is not recognised!DO NOT BUY from this site!
Ordered 3/11. No information that the product was to be shipped from China. Tracking showed product received by EVRi on 18/11 who promptly lost it. I had to contact them and it was confirmed that the barcode hadn't been scanned since that date and a search of the receiving depot had been instigated. Finally, Royal Mail was given the task of delivering the finally located package which was delivered this afternoon 29/11. Absolutely unprofessional customer care. Cannot recommend.
Dreadful! Wish I read the reviews on here before purchasing from them.Delivery - took over 3 weeks to arrive. No response to any email queries sent and no one answers the phone on the number they have on their website.Item was very poor quality, DO NOT purchase anything from them.
I wish I'd read reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered a jumpsuit for a work Christmas party, ordered in plenty of time of the EDD which passed days ago. Party is tonight and still no sign of my order. Had to rush order something else from elsewhere. Judging by the reviews it's unlikely I'll have any luck returning the order, if it eventually arrives, or receiving a refund. AVOID
