Ordered a dress for a holiday event... what a disaster!

I ordered a dress for a holiday event, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but I was still disappointed. It turned out to be a thin cotton jersey dress with a flimsy sparkly sleeve... absolutely dreadful. If I hadn't been so let down, I might have laughed.

Chinese not UK DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Mysa of London is a disguised Chinese business. I thought I had ordered leather boots from a London based company but what arrived were polyurethane from China. No paperwork with them so no returns address. I have emailed the shop but don't expect any positive response based on all the other reviewers with the same problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Ah this is so sad

Ah this is so sad. Total scam. Devastated actually. Waited 3 weeks for an advent calendar for it to turn up. I wouldn’t even pay £5 for this crap. No refund. Wish I’d seen all these reviews first.

Awful product. Not even worth returning going by the reviews on here. I won't use them again. The product looks nothing like what they advertised. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing.

This is not a legitimate store; do not purchase from them. The umbrella arrived late, in the wrong color, and stained. Their email and phone number are also non-functional.
