Don’t buy anything from this company which are absolutely scammers, I ordered a dress which the photo of the dress is completely different to the one I received which is a joke totally disgusting and cheap I wouldn’t use it as a floor cloth its awful, this company should be reported. Please don’t order anything from this scammer.
Don't order from these charlatans! They are not based in London but good old China. Orders take forever and they don't reply to.any emails.pwes say apart from.the self generated ones and thr quality of the product is crap. Read the reviews and give these lot a wide birth, hopeless.

Received my order after nearly a month. It was 2 shirts.Both of poor material and poor tailoring. No labels at all. No size indication or any other label. The material is synthetic cheep touch.I am very disappointed. It is not a British company.

Diabolical experience with this sham of a company who are nothing but crooks and should not be allowed to advertise under false pretences. They state they are London based but they are not. I ordered two sweaters from them as birthday gifts. They didn’t turn up despite paid for. After numerous emails and saying I was reporting them to Trading Standards I get a parcel sent last week containing a very poor quality jumper that is both the wrong size and colour in via Evri. No returns label or even item label on jumper. Awful quality. The delivery tracking code alerted me that this was from Mysa- London. I have requested a returns label and a full refund but not heard anything. I don’t think I will and will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and to my bank. Avoid these crooks at all costs. Companies like this are completely misleading and dishonest and tighter monitoring given all the negative reviews needs to be made. They should be banned. Their response is laughable. It is not genuine and no action has been taken by them. I have sent over 20 emails to them about my issues- all blatantly ignored. Avoid this company
You can just tell this brand actually cares. My parcel came neatly packed, the clothes folded properly, and everything looked even better than I expected. It’s nice not having to chase updates or worry about poor quality stuff. That kind of consistency really makes a difference nowadays.
28.11.2025. UPDATE after Mysa London reply to my review - Mysa, great that you took the time to reply to my review. However, you didn't acknowledge any of my emails including the request for cancellation as per your T&C. There is no customer service or person to take complaints and solve issues here in the UK. I am still waiting for the goods, tracking hasn't changed much and you are silent. Your company is far from compliant retail breaching so many laws. Shame on you. I hope the government took banned distance selling and practices like your operational model. I normally check the businesses before purchasing, but unfortunately, not this time. The business is non-compliant with the UK law in all shapes and forms. I was under the impression that I was purchasing from a UK company, but I was not. Only found out when I received the tracking number ending CN. They should have made it clear before the consumer made the decision to do the transaction. The company is misleading consumers by not making it clear that it is a China-based company and that the items are shipped from there. There is no UK company, nor stock here. They are of poor quality, and you will be lucky if you receive the item. Please report to Trading Standards.
I wish I could give this company ZERO stars.Mysa London is based in the Netherlands. I ordered the item believing the business to be based in the UK. They have taken a registered company name (without Ltd) which was a hairdressing and beauty company based in London, now in receivership. My pullover took nearly a month to arrive. It bore no resemblance to the item I had ordered so I requested a refund. I was offered 15% of the value - £3.89 then subsequently £7.79 as a final offer. I countered that as the contract was made in the UK I was entitled to a full refund also, according the Distance Selling Regulations’When an overseas company misrepresents itself as being UK-based it is engaging in misleading commercial practice which is a breach of UK consumer law.’Funnily enough they have declined to answer any further emails. Total waste of money, nasty, over priced, shoddy goods - AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
