I ordered what were supposed to be high quality leather boots as a present for my daughter, reduced from £93.99 to £54.80 in the sale. They took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and are terrible quality. It's doubtful that they're leather and they have awful stiff, plastic type soles.I received several emails between order and delivery but now cannot get in touch with them. The phone number on their website doesn't work and so far I've had no reply to email and completing/submitting their contact form requesting information on how to return. Their address on the website is in the Netherlands which would be expensive to return the item to and then no guarantee of a refund.I looked up Companies House information and a company called Mysa London, described as selling beauty products, was dissolved in June 2025.There is a personal address for the Director but the registered phone number is the same as on the website. It doesn't exist so possibly this address is no longer in use either.
After I placed my order and waited way too long for delivery I read the reviews. The reviews are really poor, and I’m sure all true. Awful quality trash garment ,I wouldn’t even send to the charity shop. Bit more careful before ordering off another company I think😁.
Delivery on time, BUT very disappointed with item. Ordered khaki, out of stock, ordered blue. Delivered white. Was advertised as silk blouse, 100% polyester. I want my money refunded. It's ill fitting, shoddyI won't wear it & not paying to send it back
Never buy anything from these scammers. One star is far too good!!! I’ve just received a sweatshirt that I ordered after doing a google search and spent the last month. Saying them! Goods come from China and the quality is not worth a penny let alone £34.80!!! . SCAM alert! They are not a real company but brokers ordering the cheapest quality from China. I won’t be wearing this!!! But it’s now a very expensive dish cloth!!! Wish I had seen these reviews first!! Do not be tempted to order anything, takes ages to arrive and when it does, the quality is the wirst ever! Sick of people like this getting away with it and I will leave reviews every day until they are wiped out of the market

I wish I'd read about you on Trustpilot before buying anything from you, as it's clear you are nothing short of a cheap drop shipping, scammer operation with a slick website.ZERO OUT OF FIVE is what you deserve, and the decent reviews are clearly fake ! !The sooner you're out of business the better !UPDATE FOLLOWING YOUR REPLY !Your stupid 'boiler plate' computer generated supply only proves how woefully dysfunctional your customer service is,.... you're asking me to contact you via email (again). WHAT A JOKE ! However, the joke's on you because I raised a dispute with my bank, forwarded all the emails I sent to you and they have refunded me and will recover the same from you !
BASED IN CHINA!!!- Orders take forever to turn up- Delivered by unknown courier- The return address is China- You will be offered some money to keep your cheap item(s)- You WILL chase & chase for months- You will NOT get your money backThey try to rely on their T&Cs, which are non-existent & hide the fact that this company is based in China.They send fictitious screenshots of refunds.I have been chasing my refund for 4 months.You WILL be left with cheap items, no refund & a deep regret that you have been conned by this ‘company’.The website should be shut down - the only way to stop other people being mis-sold the rubbish on this website.UPDATE…STILL awaiting my compensation!! (20 December 2025). Latest email stated:“Thank you for your patience. I sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your refund. We are currently facing an issue that has caused an unexpected delay in completing the transaction. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, and we greatly appreciate your continued understanding. Rest assured, we are actively working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Once the refund has been successfully processed, we will notify you immediately. In the meantime, we deeply appreciate your patience. Warm regards,SophieCustomer Support Team”Shameless - this company is a Chinese fraud based ‘entity’, selling crap, taking your money and never providing the refund they promise.
