Absolute joke of a company. Still haven’t received my purchase after nearly a month, they like to tell you things are progressing and your order is being processed but you never actually see the items. Then when you try to contact them to cancel the order because of the time taken it has miraculously been dispatched!!! I was advised this back in the 1/11 and still nothing. I will be returning them once received as no longer needed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS
Do not order from this company. I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. They kept saying how sorry they were about the delay. When I finally received the swimsuit after 3 and 1/2 weeks I couldn’t get it on over my shoulders even though I ordered a large when I’m usually medium. They refused to let me return it for hygiene reasons even though there is a hygiene strip on it and wanted to charge me €14.95 to send another size. They are a complete disgrace. Scammers. Ps after reading their reply I would downgrade to no stars as their reply is exactly the same as all their replies to me via email. Not genuine.
SCAM. THIEVES. £65 DOWN THE DRAIN.... ordered 2 swimsuits. Realised that tge company was in China. Tried cancelling but they refused. Didn't arrive for over 2 weeks. Many apologetic emails, but still no goods. When bikinis arrived, they of course were chinese sizes that wouldnt fit a child. One bikini was missing string too. They emailed me telling me NO MORE COMUNICATION would be had. They blocked my email server and will not let me return items!! I've called my bank and reported them!!I too, wish I'd read reviews first. Don't be fooled by a great websites!
SCAM COMPANY. The photo of the coat I ordered was absolutely nothing like the coat that arrived. in the photo it had a lining and was made of a completely different material. Please do not buy from this company - the products are completely different from the photos. Also they would not refund me
Shocking ...wish I'd read the reviews before ordering a pair of nail clippers..thankfully not a huge loss..About the only thing they are good at is sending apologies, and claiming you cant have a refund as the item is in transit..Not sure how they are allowed to trade..
I ordered two pairs of boots, believing they were Dr Martens as they looked identical. They say they were reduced from £130 to £69.99. I expected they would arrive within a few days but no they arrived almost a month later. They only ever replied to one of my emails and the rest ignored. The boots are plastic, and look very cheap,no box and no returns label. They obviously had come from China. I am very disappointed in Google search because I typed in Dr Martens and this company popped up first. They certainly are not based in London. I am not a rich person and these boots were meant to be Christmas presents for my sister and daughter but I would never dream of giving fake plastic boots.
Absolutely atrocious service, over 3 weeks and yet to receive my order. Asked for a refund and funnily enough no response. Avoid at all costs, scammers and liars.Update, still no item and ive sent 2 emails with no response asking for a refund. I see they have responded to this review. But if you look at other reviews for mysa, the response is copy and paste. Exactly the same response every time. Iys a joke saying pleasw contact them as they dont respond and just ignore you and take your money. Thieves and liars!!
