Although I contacted NAc with a request for a repair, it wasn't them that came, it was a company called Topfreeze, there wasn't a problem with this company everything turned out ok they diagnosed the problem ordered the part then came back to fix it. However I would like to have been told by NAC that it wouldn't them that I would be dealing with
