Review Time
I wish I had just contacted a local company. I have spent almost £250 on a repair I’m not sure we even needed. The company just wants your money and the only customer service is an AI Bot who sends you to a link asking for more money to get a time for a repair. I am not even sure how long the work is guaranteed for. Very disappointing experience all over. 😞
As with other reviewers I thought that this was a company with employees. It isn't, they send local trades people to do the repair. I reported a faulty washing machine for repair. I described the fault in detail and included all machine specifications including make model etc. From the information they would be able to tell whether parts were available for the repair. A tradesperson turned up requiring a call out fee of £84 took the top off the machine and announced that parts were not available. He spent 10 minutes at the house and refused to reimburse the money to us when we registered a complaint. Good hourly rate for him and a broken washing machine for us.I complained to NAC who told me to contact the tradesman to get the refund. Of course he refused again !
