Ordered in good faith thinking the shoes would be great based on their website review. Product is just so substandard. Does not fit well. Shoes feels wonky when I put it on. Then the drama starts. I tried to return it. They keep offering me to say 20% off of my purchase price. then 30% off. Saying that I have to pay for the return to China as their only office to accept return. I did return it and paid £20 in post office on tracked. It then got REFUSED at destination. My case with Paypal closed in favour of the seller because my tracking number was invalid when I sent them the copy of the receipt from the post office. STRESS is what you get from this company. I am taking this to the Trading Standards.
The sandals that arrived were of extremely poor quality and attempts to return them to China in the time-frame was impossible. The PO would have charged £20. I paid via PayPal and managed a 50% refund and allowed to keep the product which is not fit for use by anyone so we cannot even give them away. Do not shop with this company.

This company are scam artists. They send the wrong item/size from Feltham and then expect you to return them (insured!) and at your expense to China. It’s a computer responding to email queries and doesn’t answer your questions. Have reported to Trading Standards and trying to get money back via Credit Card Company. Avoid this company at all costs.

The sandals advertised looked really smart but when they arrived they were the cheapest, most awful plastic shoes I’ve ever seen. I have asked for a full refund £39.90 but they have offered £19.95! I’m disgusted with this and have declined their offer. I’m still asking for a full refund via Pay Pal. Do not buy these cheap fakes.Update……no refund at all except a 15% off my next purchase 🤣😂Do NOT but anything from this place it’s a total scam and Pay Pal have not helped either, I have bombarded them with emails, complaints and my absolute disappointment with both Naturstep and PP. PP got sick of me and gave me a goodwill credit which I thanked them for but it I am still out of pocket.DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 😢

Absolutely scam. They are nothing but thieves . The shoes were described as orthopaedic but were in fact cheap Chinese rubbish. When I asked for a refund, they refused to supply the information needed for courier despite several requests. Have filed official complaints to have the site blocked. Careful, there are also other websites using the same format. These are going to be listed shortly.
