Worst company EVER that I have dealt with- ordered as said Naturstep "UK" took ages to come as didn't realise came from abroad-quality is horrendous and the plastic smell makes me feel sick and also sent 2 sizes too small even though correct size is shown on order and invoice !!! I have been asking for permission to return for over 4 weeks and "nothing"just a couple of non relevant replies 1 saying if I keep them they will give me a special discount refundable by return and a discount off any more sales - why would I keep something that doesn't fit !! Don't make same mistake as me save your money and buy from Hotter - had to click 1 star to be able to write but trust me minus 10 stars is more deserving for this cheating company
A scam.I bought some shoes from this company not realising they were based in Hong Kong. The shoes were the wrong colour, the wrong size and poor quality. They insisted I send them back to Hong Kong clearly reaising this woukd be uneconomic. Avoid this company like the plague!
Naturstep sells inaccurately described, poorly made products that, should you decide to return them, must be sent back to a 'Mr Hai, room 902'..... in China. I guess AI helps businesses like this by writing in perfect English, there were no tell tale grammar errors on the seemingly British website to make me suspicious. Customer service has been charming and really polite,(thanks chatbot) but I wouldn't get a fraction of the money I've wasted back even if i could be bothered to try. Be warned we are entering a new era of disingenuous selling. Sandals described as leather - they weren't, no arch support and they had loose threads hanging off them.

Awful company- don’t even provide return labels and it cost me £27 to return an item!!! Ridiculous that companies like this in this day and age operate in such defiance of their customers. Disgusting. Would not recommend buying from them
