Terrible quality. Scuff marks on heels. Wish I’d read the Trustpilot reviews!! Masquerading as uk company. About to try return but feel sure won’t be worth it.Had to be returned to China!! Wish my bank had identified them as scam company. This site needs to be closed. Undermining all good online companies.
I was in the process of buying a pair of their shoes. The bank declined the payment as it flagged up as a SCAM COMPANY. Anyone looking for decent shoes please google the company first and read the reviews. I’m relieved my bank saved me the frustration and cost of the product.

AVOID!Awful quality. Size 8 was smaller than my nieces size 5 shoes when measured against each other.Have to pay for returns to China so not worth the effort. A late night order and if I had done more research I would never have ordered them.I will give to charity. Maybe someone with size 5 will benefit at least.

This is a dreadful scamming company. The product I received was nothing like the advert, the sandals were very cheap and nasty. It appears to be a UK company but it's Chinese and they do not give your money back .Do not buy anything from them.

Worst company EVER that I have dealt with- ordered as said Naturstep "UK" took ages to come as didn't realise came from abroad-quality is horrendous and the plastic smell makes me feel sick and also sent 2 sizes too small even though correct size is shown on order and invoice !!! I have been asking for permission to return for over 4 weeks and "nothing"just a couple of non relevant replies 1 saying if I keep them they will give me a special discount refundable by return and a discount off any more sales - why would I keep something that doesn't fit !! Don't make same mistake as me save your money and buy from Hotter - had to click 1 star to be able to write but trust me minus 10 stars is more deserving for this cheating company
