Awful company- don’t even provide return labels and it cost me £27 to return an item!!! Ridiculous that companies like this in this day and age operate in such defiance of their customers. Disgusting. Would not recommend buying from them
Ordered in good faith thinking the shoes would be great based on their website review. Product is just so substandard. Does not fit well. Shoes feels wonky when I put it on. Then the drama starts. I tried to return it. They keep offering me to say 20% off of my purchase price. then 30% off. Saying that I have to pay for the return to China as their only office to accept return. I did return it and paid £20 in post office on tracked. It then got REFUSED at destination. My case with Paypal closed in favour of the seller because my tracking number was invalid when I sent them the copy of the receipt from the post office. STRESS is what you get from this company. I am taking this to the Trading Standards.
👎I was completely disappointed by the quality of the product. The material is cheap plastic and the colour is nothing like what I expected. The image showed a red sandal. What arrived was a coral pink. The edges were not properly finished and white. The sandals sag on the inside of the heels. Cheap velcro fastenings. I could go on. Needless to say I won't be wearing these to go out. What a misleading company name as well.....Naturstep UK! I could have spent £39.90 here in the UK and got a far superior pair of sandals. 😩👎
I am about to lose £67 - bought 2 pairs sandals different sizes to find one pair that fits. They are rubbish and their return policy looks( ?) good but definatly isn’t. Wish I’d read it more carefully and read reviews here. Lesson learnt is also to use Visa or PayPal.
Ordered some sandals two weeks ago £40 still not arrived wished I’d looked at the reviews before ordering or I would not have bothered. Don’t think they will arrive anyway!!
These sandals are so flimsy and are not at all what I expected from the advertisements. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. I won't bother with returning as it will be so much hassle but I certainly won't be wearing these disappointing sandals.Late addition: the Returns section on their Website says "Returns must be made from outside UK" - What on earth?????
