I wish I'd read these reviews before buying. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and needed well cushioned, supportive sandals. The sandals I bought gave neither, despite the claims. Do not buy from this company. Quality is distinctly lacking and not worth the money they are charging.
Bought these sandals they sent the wrong colour so I asked to return them and got a refund.They advertise Nature step Uk it’s a joke they are in China.I repeatedly asked for a refund with messages towing and frowing to no avail this has gone on for weeks now.I told them I wanted a refund in full £39.90 they refused and said we will give you 8% refund and a £15 voucher to spend in their shop.I catigoricly said NO I WOULDNT BUY FROM YOU AGAIN .So I refused the pittance of 8% which amounted to £7.98 of the cost of what I paid £39.90.Refused and said I want a full refund of the money I paid.The next message they sent me to say thank you for accepting our offer that I did not accept at all and immediately got another message of them to say a refund of £7.98 has been sent back to your account.DO NOT ANYONE EVER BE CONNED BY THIS ABSOLUTE AWFUL FIRM TAKING MONEY FROM TRUSTED BUYERS. Trying to make out they are a uk firm.And they are not orthopedic at all just cheap rubbish.DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY.They need reporting to offcom operating under. False adverts.
I’ve tried many sites for problems with feet neuropathy and decided to order 2 pairs of your sports shoes as all the accompanying information appeared to answer to my needs. They arrived this morning and I’m pleased to say not only are they very comfortable with plenty of support and space to wiggle my toes, the fabric is well made and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

BEWARE!! If you need to return, the address is in CHINA (at your own expense). You will very likely need to return as there is a descrepancy in the conversion of Chinese shoe sizes to British ones and will therefore likely be too small, as was the case for me.
Like others I wish I had read these reviews before buying. The sandals are cheap and nasty, with an unpleasant smell, arrived squashed up in a plastic envelope. I can see from the reviews it's not worth trying to get a refund, a lot of extra stress and no result.
