I'm not sure they can improve. The product I received is cheap and poor quality. Definitely not worth the money.

Orderd sandals very late delivery…

Orderd sandals very late delivery arrived very poor standard creased poor wrapping getting it through to these people is ridiculous they jus send same email again and again having said I want to return it seems that’s china and they insisted that I insure package. Disgrace

VERY POOR QUALITY, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

DO NOT BUY, THESE SHOES ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY!Very disappointed to receive these cheap poorly made sandals. There is absolutely nothing orthopedic about them.When I have tried to return them to China, the Royal Mail tracked cost (tracker and insured return required by seller) is in excess of £20, and with others saying they are still awaiting a refund weeks after returning I'm loathed to lose even more money on these goods.There is no option to leave a genuine review on Naturstep website, therefore I would question the authenticity of their websites own reviews- I so wished I'd checked Trustpilot before buying and hope others can benefit from my mistake

CON merchant's stay clear

Wrong size of shoes sent after several e mails told to return to China at my cost even though they trade as a co.uk company total con merchants lesson learnt is stay well clear.
