The Muppets at UPS managed to lose the D750 that I had sent for repair but Nikon customer services kept me informed throughout the investigation and sorted a suitable replacement. My Nikon D800 Still Takes Amazing Photos and Videos After 11 Years. I have been using Nikon Cameras and lenses for a very long time. I used to have a Nikon D300. While I really like my Nikon lenses I have been using Zeiss Milvus Lenses for the last 5 or 6 years (manual focus only lenses). The only criticism I have of Nikon is that it would be nice if they opened their mounts to other lenses companies like Sony does.
I have been using Nikon's equipment for a number of years and have, on the odd occasion, needed to send my lens or camera to be cleaned or repaired.Every interaction with them throughout the years has been exceptional. This time was no different.I would like to thank Frasier and Katie for arranging the collection, successful repair/cleaning and return of my camera within a week.They kept me informed at every stage and even had to sort out the courier when there was a slight problem with them.Thank you all for your continued exemplary service, advice and support.
