This is an AI scam which shows an inviting offer and then charges monthly subscription. The app does not show in the profile a history of the subscription payments and there is another company which deducts the payment called Medica Store.
Signed up for free trial with no notice of expiry or that they were taking money for auto subscription. No where on the App to cancel your subscription nor on the website. I've had to email so hoping that works. It's a shame the customer service is underhand as the App is good and great recipes
Too many add ons with more money to spend. Haven't recieved much help at all and on day 3. No coach contact, still being spammed daily with promotional offer to get me to sign up. Regretting signing up, looking at cancelling and requesting full refund.
The app is a scam and brings nothing new. The recipes are uninteresting and lack variety. Warning! The subscription renews automatically—even if you purchase only for a week, you must cancel it yourself. Otherwise, your account will be charged without prior confirmation. I do not recommend it. There are much better apps available.
This sounded like a good plan however the menus and recipes did not contain anything I like except cottage cheese. I cancelled almost as soon as I signed up as there is nothing I can use. I requested a refund and only got a run around about their policy. I do not recommend this. Waste of $$$
I so wish I had come here to review this company before making the stupid mistake of signing up for a trial. Normally I'm far more astute with these things but for some reason I wasn't this time. I have just realised they have been taking money from my account without notification. Their system for cancelling this, to put it simplistically, is vague and doesn't instill confidence that it will happen any time soon so I have contacted my bank to block them taking any future payments.Editing to respond to No.Diet: I did email you at the address you have stated... yet I've had no response! It's a shame you can't respond to people privately as quickly as you respond to a bad review here.
My wife purchased several services from no diet. Our credit union contacted us because they suspected fraud. When I got home and saw that I was concerned. I started looking at no diet and saw all of bad reviews. They canceled all of her services, but do not make refunds. Also we have a lifetime membership that they will not cancel and will not answer if there are future charges. Do not get trapped by no diet. I saw their answer. They get people to sign up for a lifetime membership and get the extra money because they know people will cancel all of the subscriptions they can because they are of no value. When my credit union contacts me about fraud just because my wife ordered from them it makes you think what have you gotten yourself into.
Don’t buy! Please, help yourselves not to subscripe with this app service. I purchased a 3 month period to have a long term inspirational recipe portfolio. Recipes are uninspirational and extremely ordinary. Also the variety is very poor. Hence, a 3 month period gives a lot of repitition in recipes. Also, I had the experience with no prior notice regarding renewal of subscription. And because of subscriping for 3 months the automatic renewal was almost 80 euros. I have contacted customers service on the day of payment and yet - even though I expressed my unsatisfation with the product (their assortment of recipes - they are not willing to refund the payment for a new 3 months period. With no new recipes at all! This is a cash cow without ethical reflection
