BEWARE SUBSCRIPTION. I decided to use the £5.49 1 week offer mistakenly thinking it was one week. Check more carefully than I did ! Because of family illness I missed the first £31.98 monthly renewal and it wasn't until the second that I was able to cancel. The company couldn't care less so if you make the same mistake do not expect a refund. Personally I would avoid completely and work out an eating plan of your own and save the hassle of dealing with this company.
This company is a scamner company they charged me twice for a membership I tried to cancel but they will not give me a refund . Im An elderly senior low income and I accidentally clicked on it and did not know how to get out of it
I am writing this review with my wife - Heather Derrick. Beware of this company. she wishes she had checked Trustpilot reviews before thinking that she was purchasing just a 1 month diet plan of menu suggestions in June for £15.99. They have now taken another £31.98 from her card account. She contacted them and explained that she is a pensioner with a very limited fixed income, so would never have signed up for any subscription knowingly, She just wanted to see some new healthy recipe suggestions to get started with a weight loss journey. They have refused to refund her as they say that in their terms & conditions, once she made a purchase from them, she was automatically signed up to the subscription. We have had to hunt through their app to find these T&C's which are well hidden by them in the Legal & Privacy section at the bottom of the page on the app under My Profile. They have to be accessed by clicking an innocent looking little flower shaped, unlabelled icon. The T&C's are not clearly shown on their app or web page, so BEWARE. They are clearly setting out to defraud customers as we have always found that reputable companies make it clear from the start if you have signed up to a subscription & tell you clearly how to cancel it to avoid further charges, Reputable companies do not hide this information in the small print! We would suggest that anyone reading this review does not pay this company anything unless you actually want an ongoing subscription, as once they have your card or bank details, they will just take your money. We are both disgusted with them to say the least!
I signed up for a one month trial in March, unknown to myself the company took further subscriptions in June and September, the last transaction was highlighted to me by my bank as possible fraud. On challenging them they refer me to the very long and complicated terms and conditions, and repeatedly decline my request for a refund. In summary they took 3 payments from me , and I did not use their services at all, I thought it was a trial.
Promised a diet and exercise plan. No preview or sample menu/exercise plan is available before purchase. The first menu that popped up, the main ingredients are not available locally. Was unable to figure out how to modify the plan, or choose a different menu. No exercise plan. The website was very difficult to navigate. I canceled my subscription in under 30 minutes and requested a refund. The company is declining to honor their own policy and issue a refund (on a case-by-case basis). PayPal is dawdling on requiring them to refund my money so I likely will have to take this up with my credit card company.
Buyer beware! I wanted to cancel and not renew immediately after signing up. I knew this was just not for me. I sent am email to this company to confirm, which they never replied to. I had to close down my paypal account and cancel my credit card to stop them. Very unprofessional company
I signed up for the free trial i then cancelled as it wasn’t for me to then be charged £33 for them to say they can’t refund so I made it clear I wanted to cancel I have all the correspondence saying I won’t be charged again to then being charged £74 I would stay away from this service as I have had to dispute it through my bank to stop them taking any more money. They don’t like to communicate when it concerns any refunds. Advice to anyone who is having problems dispute it through your bank they will put a ban on them trying to take your money and also refund you
