Awful company. I did the month free trial foolishly not realising it was one of these companies that automatically 'renew' your subscription without any notification or warning. The recipes were not good so I looked at it one and then didn't use it. My cousin died unexpectedly which prevented me from checking that the subscription wasn't going to renew as I normally would.They charged me for the next month despite me never using the product and despite me telling them of my devastating family circumstances. No ethics and no compassion. Avoid like the plague.
Not a diet that’s suitable for me. I did an extensive questionnaire. It has no relevance whatsoever to my needs. I have cancelled and asked for a refund within 20 minutes. No response and no refund. If you are thinking of signing up. Don’t.
Following on from my previous review and the no. Diet response below.As no. Diet suggested I contacted them again to see how they could further assist me. Although I have received a response which is better worded, they still refuse to refund. I have requested they remove all of my details from their records and guarantee they will not take any more money. Since posting my review others have had the same problem. This company is AWFUL. People should be warned off on Facebook so they don’t fall into the same trap. The company must be so proud of the way they make money or they would change their practices.Awful company. The A1 overview talks of money being taken out of accounts and appalling customer service, See full overview on trust pilot, which after my awful experience I completely agree with.I signed up for one month and somehow got charged for both a single months plan and a lifetime plan, maybe on the phone screen I missed one of the numerous opt outs, which I thought were or should be illegal. I emailed approximately 10 minutes after two payments had been taken from my account to ask for refund on lifetime plan and received a standard response stating it was non refundable, I re-emailed with my complaint and received a second perfunctory response from another so called junior support specialist, I responded asking for the contact details of a Senior Customer Service Manager three weeks ago and I have still not received a response. Don’t lose money like I did.
Paid $11.99 at first thinking that was all I was going to pay and then stupidly did the research afterwards. Then realized what an idiot I was..then canceled it. Never utilized it at all and then they started billing me for $99.99 per month. My bank stopped that payment and I got a new card instead. It was very inconvenient to say the least. But I will not let them have another cent.
I haven't even used any service or product from this business, yet, and already getting charged nearly $80 for an ongoing subscription, that I was not aware of. On my cell phone, there is no fine print to read with warnings about autopay charges. I never sign up for ongoing things. They have no phone number for customer support, which is pretty suspicious. After they have charged the money, and then you find that out, you then must contact them by email only, and then they tell you 'too late' , and that you can only stop those charges ahead of being charged, as though you knew it was coming. I should've known when I never even got anything from them, that something was wrong, but I was too busy with health issues to pay close attention. For now on, no Customer Support Phone Number, no doing business with them, for me! Most like that are scammers!
I paid for a 1 month trial and am very disappointed to find that this company has now charged me €37.95 for another month that I did not sign up to. I am waiting now on a reply from customer service will write a further review when I get this complaint sorted.
The diet plan included food items I said I did not eat and did not look inviting to eat or something I would want to keep eating. They process your payment which is non refundable before you see the diet plan. When I tried to cancel, I learned you are repeatedly bill. Be sure to read fine print.
Joined this ap on 27th May for 3 months was unaware this was a continuos subscription and i should of cancelled it. They took £63.99 today without notice. Wish i had read their trustpilot reviews before joining. Why would i agree to pay £63.99. They have a NO REFUND POLICY. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE JOINING THIS SITE
In reply to my review on No Diet, I reached out like they asked with email and order number. I got a reply No refund and it was not their policy to refund money after processing. I never used their menu. I cancelled day after I purchase.This company is nothing but a scam to cheat & steal money from us.I wish I had read reviews before joining this corrupt organisation.The reply was signed by Nora Abot which says it all....Waste of timecontacting them .
This is the most appalling set up. Nothing delivered anything different to what is freely available information on the internet. Then, they take monthly funds out of your account without you realising you have signed up for anything then tell you that you can't cancel an unknown subscription yourself and that you must email them. They then provide you with their terms afterwards letting you know they don't offer refunds. This is the biggest scam i have seen.
