Review Time
Beware this is a scam!! Regrettably I didn’t read any reviews before paying for my 1 week subscription. I wasn’t impressed with the content so decided not to renew. (It is just a restrictive diet with not many daily calories in the meal plans). I was then shocked to discover they had taken £31.98 from my account and are refusing to pay it back! These people are THIEVES!
I tried the $1.00 offer that no.diet offered. It was not for me so I stopped. No.diet later charged me $113.73 CDN dollars. No.Diet is fraudulent and should be investigated for fraud. I will send this to the fraud investigators and try get my money returned.
Stay away, they are scammers! Even if you pay for 1 month plan they enrol you into subscription and keep charging hefty payments each month. Their diet plans are probably written by AI, as they are poor quality. Better invest in a good cookbook with positive reviews than in this money extorting enerprise.
Edited to say they responed to this review telling me to reach out. I did contact them before I posted a review and all they had to say was sorry. I requested a refund and they did not respond. I was not able to sign into my account and could only access my pksn tbrough the email. My log in information that I used to pay my trial subscription would not work on the app. I tried repeatedly to cancel my trial membership but it kept telling me I did not have am account even when I would reset my password. The only way I was able to stop ny subscription was when they auto renewed my trial and I got a fraud alert. I used that link to request they delete my account. It still was claiming that they vould not find an account for me but I got an email with a cancelation. The email responses were like auto replies so I felt my my complaint was not really heard.
I downloaded the app as I thought I was paying for a 7 day plan and was charged for that. 3 days later I was charged again but a much higher rate. The diet is US based and is not much use in UK. There are loads of free apps with better recipes and advice. Only way to contact them is by email. Asked them to cancel my “subscription” but still waiting to hear from them
I wrote a review a week ago and I did get a response asking me to contact their help desk. Absolutely no response from the help desk. This really is a scam, I have read so many reviews saying that the person had signed up to a Month and then been caught out by a second payment as they have never seen the terms and conditions. If they are getting another £31.98 for absolutely nothing many times over. Shocking!I have had a response to this review, the fact of the matter is that I have been co-responding with a Nora from this company and as soon as I started asking who the CEO and their registered office was I got blanked so I really don't think going back with my email address and order number would help in the slightest, I would be blanked again. I will do it it just to see so watch this space! If I get my money back I will let you know.
Just a follow up, no refund from PayPal, so please be careful this is a pure scam, you will get charged, if you agree to the terms and conditions. Even if you are convinced you didn't sign up, once you accept the terms and conditions you will get charged. Over 100.00 for the 2nd month, this company are a pure scam, please beware.
Beware people ! I bought a one off product but was then charged 32 pounds for a subscription! I've asked for evidence where I did this and not surprisingly they haven't provided any. I wish I had read the reviews first.Update November , the reply was hogwash, no help ,no money back and it was obviously just for show . Don't waste your time and money with this company. Fraudsters.
