I purchased the program for one month for 27$, they charged me next month double amount from no where and explanation. When I asked for cancellation and refund. They said it is not possible for refund.also it is not possible to cancel this through app or apple subscription as well.This is a scam do not buy it. They say a month but continue charging as monthly.They did not even explain why they changed me double amount So disappointed
This is a total rip off, avoid at all costs.I subscribed for a week and they took a months subscription from my card this morning, they will not refund. It was not made clear and I got no satisfaction from customer service. The app itself is just a few simple recipes which can all be accessed free online. A total waste of money
Do not sign up for this even as a trial. Within a day of signing up for a one week trial, they tried to get £70 plus, which I cancelled and they acknowledged by email. Then six days later they got 31.98 by a PayPal advance payment which I hadn't noticed they had set up. They then tried to say this was because I had signed up for a three month trial, which I know I hadn't done. Then they tried to say it was for using the app, which I had only looked at once the day I got the one week trial. My advice is inforn your card provider it is a scam. The problem with paying with a card it is a guaranteed payment, then you have the problem of getting it back. Also check through the Resolution Centre of PayPal that they haven't set up advance payments that you haven't authorised and that they haven't managed to do it by gift card, which they did in my case. They need to be refused as a seller by PayPal and the card companies, but it is up to each of us to block them. Their email and charging comes up as either efecto or Medical Score with PayPal and your card provider, another Red flag as you might not realise that this is No.Diet. Make sure you uninstall the app as well.I repeat, this lot are a scam. They do not provide you with any contract, yet keep asking for screenshots. They send pictures of what they claim you signed up for which you never did. Just make sure you don't let any payment for no.diet or efecto go through on your credit card, contact their fraud team. Cancel your credit card if necessary.
I never subscribed and after 4 payments I never knew were deducted and never accessing their stuff, I asked for a refund. They were polite, but will not refund. I'm furious.These scammers need to be exposed. Soooooo many comments exacly the same.
Entered a 4 week trial and then no.diet automatically renewed subscription for more than double the initial cost paid. Immediately wrote to request a refund having not used the renewal and was denied a refund even though as a courtesy and having not used the renewed services it was something they could do. Request was denied.Later read reviews to read many people in the same boat. Be careful!
