Very bad customer service do not buy

Very bad customer service. So not buy from this company. They told me they had a delay shipping never received item. I asked for refund never got it. Do not buy from them.

Low running time

Bought this for my wife, she suffers for bad menstrual cramps. The charge only lasts maybe 15- 20 min before it dies. And the heat setting is very low. Very disappointing for the price. She back to heating up the bean bag in the microwave. I don't recommended this product

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I ordered the Maia for Back Pain for my wife and the product broke within 5 months of MILD use. Despite the CLEAR statement on the product page that the product has a 1 year warranty with free replacement, the company REFUSED TO HONOR THE WARRANTY and told me that I would just have to buy the product again with a small discount. I would be incredibly wary of a $100 product that BREAKS IN LESS THAN HALF A YEAR. Also, stating that there is a warranty on a product and then refusing to honor it is SCAMMER behavior and any potential CUSTOMERS SHOULD BEWARE and think twice before giving any money to a company that will blatantly RIP OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS like this. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

This product is trash and customer…

This product is trash and customer service is even worse! Would give zero stars if I could. My husband got it for me for Christmas and it barely even worked. Vibration is so weak that it can't even be felt on the skin. My husband contacted customer service who had him to a number of different things to prove it wasn't working. He did all that was asked of him. They told him to throw the product away and they would send a replacement. It has now been almost 3 months since he contacted them and we still haven't received a replacement. I decided to contact them myself and was told that since it was past the 30 day return window, there is nothing they will do about it. This is frustrating since my husband had contacted them well within the initial 30 day window and they didn't send him the replacement like they promised. Shady and dishonest company. Stay as far away as possible. They are crooked.

Worst customer service

Without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve ever received. So bad I almost think it was a scam. One month after receiving, product was defective (wouldn’t charge) so I contacted customer service. This was in January and they said they could send me a replacement mid March when they received more stock (which was weird because their website advertised immediate shipping for new items). I asked multiple times for an update on my new item. Anything - eta, order number, anything. Nothing. Got ghosted. Even reached out from a second email. Initially pleasant customer service but immediately ghosted when I gave my order number. Stay away.

Faulty product not replaced. Legal action next.

My best friend ordered Maia in 2022 as a gift for me. Around 6 months later the product became faulty so this was replaced by Nomisk without question. 6 months after that the replaced item became faulty, and we got in touch with Nomisk to ask for a replacement and we were fobbed off and told they would only give us a 40% discount off a new device as we were now out of warranty (let’s bear in mind both the original and replaced product have not lasted beyond 6 months each time). My requests for a resolution have been ignored and I’ve had no other option to take it further. They do not respond to any of my emails and I feel it is important I highlight my experience as my best friend is now out of pocket by a lot of money with a product that doesn’t work as intended. I’m pretty sure we have some rights here. No option but to go the legal route now as they are refusing to engage with us despite several emails.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. First I order the product 9.2.24. It was supposed to be a valentines gift. 13.2.24 i recieve am email telling me the product has been lost, and asking if I wanted another. I railed that I wanted a refund. Nomisk tells me that the money will be refunded in 3-5 business days. I go onto Amazon and buy the same product for a third of the price. About a week later I get a letter in the mail to pick my package up at DHL. I am told I have to pay import taxes, and 6 eyros because my product couldnt be delivered. That cost me 30 Euros. When I open the package, it is the missing one.I write Nomisk about this, that I want the product returned and my money was never refunded. Today, a month later they still never answered. I made a complaint by Paypal. Paypal tells me they have a week to answer Paypals email. They don't. Luckely Paypal refunded my money, Keep your fingers away from this place!

30 days return window for a period relief - doesn't make sense..

Bought this as a birthday present for period pains and as most women probably know, this happens about once per month (28 days or so). So when the time to test it and the conclusion was that it's merely a heating pad with none of the magic attributes that Nomisk sells it as, we want to return it but we were met with a "Sorry, the 30 days are up". This is a very strange policy for a product that is meant for something that literally happens almost every 30 days. If you are to buy it, be sure to wait until a few days before your period, so you have a chance to test before the return window closes.

DONT BUY

I received the Nomisk Maia for Christmas. It worked great for about a month and then the heat stopped working entirely. When we went to ask for a replacement or refund they had us send in video of how the product was dysfunctional and then told us it had been past the 30 day return period and they weren’t going to help. It seems to me that they know they are selling poorly made products that will break after the short return window. I would recommend steering clear of this brand and buying one of the Amazon products for a quarter of the price.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! I returned Nomski Maia, over 5 weeks ago. Despite receiving an email confirming my refund would arrive within 5 days, I'm still waiting 4 weeks later. The product is not fit for purpose; it's very noisy and the heat is barely warm. I've emailed multiple times with no response. Be very careful. Personally, I would never order again from this company.
