I received the NordicTrack S24 bike about a month ago and have been very impressed with its quality and ease of use. The bike was easy to assemble and easy to use. The screen is large and clear. The seat isn't the most comfortable, but I have built up a tolerance over time. I really enjoy riding it, and the built in iFit program makes my workouts much more motivating and engaging. I was given this product for a reduced rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

NordicTrack has done it again. I feel like they continue to make solid high-end products. This new X16 elliptical really shows that NordicTrack is putting a lot of effort into making good products. I love that I can get a solid workout in quickly as I am a busy mom with little time. The features on the handles with the quick incline and resistance changing feature allow me to get my heart rate up quickly and do a quicker workout. While this is an incentivized review, it is my own opinion.
I’m 60 years old and recovering from knee replacement surgery, so I needed an exercise machine that wouldn’t aggravate my knee but would still allow me to get a good workout. It was a breeze to assemble – I had the recumbent bike up and running in no time. The chair is not only comfortable but also adjustable, allowing me to find the perfect fit. I also appreciate how smooth the ride is, which makes it easy to use without any discomfort. Navigating the display is simple, which helps me stay focused on my rehabilitation goals. I’ve tried many studio bikes over the years, but this one is by far the best. The large, rotating screen and the iFit programs are next level—I’ve done virtual rides in so many amazing places without leaving home. As a mom, it’s hard to find time for exercise, but this bike makes it easy and enjoyable. The seat is exceptionally comfortable, and I didn’t have the soreness I usually experience with new bikes. The fan is such a great feature, and the controls are simple to use. I recently upgraded my home exercise bike from a ProForm to a NordicTrack. The NordicTrack bike has been wonderful, and the customer service I received through the delivery process was great! The NordicTrack website was very informative and accurate. I have a NordicTrack treadmill and am very glad that I was able to get a bike to go with it! Love NordicTrack and the iFIT experience that comes with it. This is an incentivized review.
Attempt several times to contact customer service no answer. I purchased my first treadmill, and have reset 20 times, and the application operation system will not download. Unable to use fitness video. Please do not buy Nordic Track, they have a Class Action Suit for faulty equipment, just google it. 1/27/3025 Still no response from Nordic Track.
I’ve been very happy with my Nordictrack products. Their customer service team has been awesome with prompt response and sending updates to help solve the issues I was having. Their products are well made and seem to last quite well. I will definitely be considering more of their products in the future because of this. I currently have a high end treadmill from them and I really love the extreme incline and decline it has to offer. This is an incentivized review
