I am very impressed with our NordicTrack bike. It was very easy to assemble with instructions simple to follow. It is user friendly and provides a high quality workout. I am a busy mom so I am able to get a good 20 minute workout in even on my busiest of days. I love the large touch screen, the built in fan, and the straps provided for the feet which makes the ride comfortable. I would recommend this product.
Been using the Norditrack cycle, cable machine, and rower since 2020-2022. Great machines. Software and iFit are crap at best. Slow and connection issues constantly. When you want to work out, last thing want to do is spend 5 minutes trying to connect to iFit then when it finally connects loses connection during your workout.
Upon receiving this rower, I new when it was to arrive so I could make arrangements to be there to have it delivered. It was packaged great with no damage to the product. The rower was easy enough for a high schooler to put it together.. (my son did it for me). The communication has been excellent, but the rower has been even better. I have enjoyed using this the past month, and I feel every time I go to use it, I wallk away loving it even more.
I’ve been using this bike for my cardio workouts at home, and it’s perfect for fitting in a session whenever I have time. After 5 years of resistance training, I wanted to add more cardio to my routine, and this bike has been a great way to do that. The adjustable incline and resistance are great features, and it comes with free classes, although a separate membership is required for additional content. The ride-along classes are fun and motivating, and it looks good in my home.That said, while the bike works well, I do have some concerns about its build quality. It consists of many modular pieces, many of which are plastic. The bottle and weight holders, in particular, are flimsy plastic trays. The metal parts are often covered in plastic, and the touchscreen feels like it’s from an earlier generation of technology. The speakers aren’t very good either. When pressure is applied to the top handles, the screen wobbles and moves, which makes it feel not secure. The upper frame could use tighter build tolerances, and adding a bushing or sleeve around one of the pipes could improve stability. For the price, I expected more durable construction. This is an incentivized review.
Brutal customer service and repair assistance. I have a $1600 exercise bike from NotdicTrack that the pedal fell off !! Called to order a replacement crank arm but was told they don’t stock it anymore!! When asked how I fix this cheap part on my expensive bike I was told to check other places that sell NordicTrack !!!! I called the Mother company ffs !!!! Brutal. Not a bad product but if things go wrong you won’t get the service you need. Pick another company. I’d gladly take this review down and all my others if NordicTrack actually addressed my issue.
The delivery process was super efficient and easy! I would say I would like to feel more comfortability in the seats and a more modern appearance but other than that the bike is great quality and easy to use. The assembly was not difficult and the size is perfect !
Mission accomplishedToday I had the pleasure to have Sandra Garcia help me with an issue I had with my treadmill. I wasn't sure why I was having problems with my treadmill and my communication was confusing. I apologized for the confusion and Sandra said, that's fine, let's see what we could do. I am not going to give details because it would be lengthy. But Sandra did some detective work by asking me several questions and looked for possible causes. It took some effort but she resourcefully found the solution and I was so relived. So, “KUDOS”, to Sandra Garcia for a job well done and with a “very pleasant attitude”. **Buyer Beware!**Be cautious when purchasing from NordicTrack! I bought a NordicTrack treadmill with an extended warranty, expecting reliable support. However, my experience has been extremely frustrating. The console has developed significant issues: the touchscreen only functions after resetting the machine, software updates are impossible, and Bluetooth connectivity is completely non-existent.After countless unanswered emails, I opted to call customer service. Two hours later, I learned that my console couldn't be repaired because my machine was incompatible with an updated console version. Despite having an extended warranty covering electronic issues, the only solution would be a new treadmill (as stated in the warranty), but NordicTrack insisted they would not honor their warranty. This is unacceptable; stand firm and choose a brand that truly supports its products!
Terrible, you pay a huge amount to be able to look at a screen that is basically just in the way, and can’t watch anything on it without paying again. Feels like paying for ink on a printer you’ve already paid for. Hope the CEO’s have a terrible life.
Nordic Track has been ok to work with. We had a few questions about the iFIT subscription and the Nordic Track representative was quick to respond and helpful and we appreciate that. However, the company seems to be deliberately turning their products into subscription pay to play equipment. I wish they offered more options for those of us that don’t want to pay the monthly $39 for iFIT Pro.
