Ok but it’s expensive to do the subscription

Nordic Track has been ok to work with. We had a few questions about the iFIT subscription and the Nordic Track representative was quick to respond and helpful and we appreciate that. However, the company seems to be deliberately turning their products into subscription pay to play equipment. I wish they offered more options for those of us that don’t want to pay the monthly $39 for iFIT Pro.

Finally, a Bike I Can Enjoy

As someone who has struggled to find the right exercise equipment, I can confidently say this recumbent bike is a winner! I love being able to work out at home without the hassle of going to the gym. The seat is incredibly comfortable, and I appreciate that I can control the temperature in my home while exercising. It’s perfect for my busy lifestyle, and I can easily fit in a workout while watching my grandkids.Disclosure: This is an incentivized review.

High Quality Products

I really appreciate the quality exercise machines that Nordic Track makes. I've tried one of their treadmills and an elliptical. Both feel like something that I could find in a membership gym. I feel like I really get a high quality workout right in my own home! I especially love that I can exercise any time of year, without having to worry about the weather or temperature outside. I would definitely consider Nordic Track brands again in the future.

High Quality Products

We have had NordicTrack in our family for years and have always been impressed with the quality. We love all of their fitness machines because they feel sturdy and durable. We needed assistance with the software one time and were quickly helped and got the problem resolved fast. We recommend their equipment over others because they really have been around for a long time and know what they are doing. This is an incentivized review, I have a family member who works for this brand but these are my own thoughts.

Zero customer service

I had an older elliptical from Nordictrack and loved it, so I decided to order a new one, I also ordered a new treadmill at the same time. I love the treadmill but was unhappy with the elliptical so wanted to exchange for a different model. I was happy to pay the difference in price between the machines and the freight for the new machine to be shipped, BUT Nordictrack wanted to charge me a 250 freight fee to pick up the elliptical I was trading plus give me 0 refund for the original 399 dollar freight fee I paid for the original elliptical I bought. You spend over 4000 dollars in new equipment and want to exchange one for a different machine and they want to charge you almost 700 just in shipping fees and then pay another 299 for delivery on the new one! (RIP OFF)They have good equipment but they absolutely don't care about customer service. I understand needing to charge for freight but not offering and discount or help for a customer that has bought 3 pieces of new equipment from you is not a good business practice.BUYER BEWARE! THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU ARE HAPPY!

We bought a extended warranty for 500…

We bought a extended warranty for 500 dollars that includes service and parts and yearly maintenance they came about 3 time in 3 years now for service maintenance they want to charge 125 for traveling stay away of extended warranty they are worthless so bad customer service very unfriendly people long waiting time on the phone

This all happened shortly after I bought the Nordictrack tradmil in 2022. It has gotten worse ever since. I had owned a Nordic Track 12 to 14 years ago with a much smaller screen. I loved using it for 2 main reasons. The first was that I could sit at my desk with a cup of coffee and create maps (workouts) on my computer. I decided where I would like to walk and then made sure that the route had street view then created it. I sold that machine to the homeowners who bought my house. Three years ago, I purchased their most expensive machine, the X32i. Before I purchased the machine, I made sure that I could still make maps from my computer. They said yes. Shortly after I purchased the machine they took that feature off their website and I could no longer do this from my desk at my computer. If I knew that they were going to take it away, I would not have purchased this machine. This was bait and switch in a way. The second reason I loved the machine was that I could get to the internet and watch or look at anything I wanted. I realized just after receiving my machine that they had already taken that feature away. I am extremely unhappy because I also bought the extended warranty for 4 more years and 4 more years of Ifit. I wish I could get my money back. I know that you can still create maps on the machine, however that does not show you what street view is, and it is too small (even on an iPad) to use. I am 74 years old, and it is not easy to stand at the machine to create places to walk. They have since taken that feature away on the Iphone and Ipad also. Why? It doesn’t make sense.I finally accepted the missing features because I had no choice. I was at least happy that they had the “browse” feature which allowed me to decide which of my created workouts I felt like doing at the start of my workout. They now have the “beta” version which gives people the option to watch Netflix & Prime however in doing that you eliminated the “browse” feature. Now there is no way for me to choose my created maps. I tried to search for a way and all I could find was completed workouts. I marked them as favorites because I see that favorites show up. After making them as favorites none of them showed in favorites. Why couldn’t they just leave that feature alone. Keep the “browse” feature. Another flaw of the beta version is that you now must press 2 times to change the data you are looking at. Before beta you only needed to push once, and it changed. Now you push to show the options and then push again to choose one. Also, the average pace per mile is not actual time like before. It is not working.Why do they take features away? I would be happy to speak with someone to further explain some of your drawbacks.If they do nothing else, I absolutely do not want to have to schedule a workout in advance in order to use it. Please keep the “browse” feature so I could pick which workout I felt like doing at that moment of the workout. At 74 years old, and I do not know in advance how I will feel to decide which workout to do in advance.

Worst customer support on the planet

The treadmill has been ok with a few electrical issues that we had to reboot to get working but the customer support is the worst I have ever experienced with a product. I had my new treadmill come in with a broken right handle and I called to get replaced and after 4 transfer and 1hr and 40min I finally got it ordered and had to argue with person to get them to approve. When I asked for supervisor they ignored me and just kept wasting my time.

Misrepresentation and Poor Customer…

I placed an order on the website which indicated $100 off at time of checkout. After signing up for 0% financing, checkout occurred automatically with no further review of the final price. I did not get the $100 off as promised. I had to place two calls to customer service and was placed on extensive holds both times (over 1 hour) and had to speak to multiple representatives until I was told they would check with the warehouse to see if they could cancel the order which had just been placed but they could now give me the $100 off. I told them I did not want to do business with a company whose order process commits fraud and misrepresentation and does not have a responsive customer service department. While waiting for the cancellation email, I replied to the order email as well and after two further emails I finally received an email acknowledgement back that the order was cancelled.

Poor Quality Treadmill and Very Slow Customer Service

When I bought the Nordic Trac Treadmill (Commercial X22i) I found it to be fantastic. Great incline to 40% and iFIT workouts are really motivational as the trainers/coaches are great, the landscapes are amazing to look at and the quality of the video is very good. Plenty to distract you from the hard yards.However, after 9/10 months the motor on the treadmill blew (in fact quite often the treadmill belt would not start having me to turn it all off and wait 5-10 mins to restart it. Not great when you rely on the treadmill for a quick workout at lunch!).When the motor blew I contacted iFIT customer service to arrange for them to fix the treadmill. Wow, they were so incredibly slow at getting this organised. Took about a month and a half to get an engineer out to fix the treadmill, but as soon as he arrived that was aborted as iFIT had sent the wrong parts to them, so back to square one. It took another 3 months before another engineer came out with the right parts. He did get it fixed but after 5 mins the fuse and the treadmill motor blew again. After 4 and a half months of no treadmill I decided enough was enough. iFIT offered me a new treadmill or a 75% refund. No brainer, option 2 all the way, best to cut my losses than to deal with these poor quality machines and terribly slow customer service. So disappointing as I bought this expensive treadmill to be able to get fit and lost 4.5 months worth of fitness.One last point was that I started on family membership but switched to individual membership (c. £134 a year). However, with no communication iFIT changed their membership plan, got rid of individual plan and switched me to the Pro Plan, which is c. £40 a month, so an increase of around £350 a year or 250%, which is a total joke increase with no communication.I would recommend everyone to stay away from iFIT and Nordictrack, a truly terrible experience.
