Happy with this Treadmill

NordicTrack makes great treadmills. I've had three from them now and have appreciated each one. They continually work to improve their machines and I've appreciated that.

ordered a new strider 10s

ordered a new strider 10s, confirmed delivery and husband took off from work only to be called that white glove svc on day of supposed delivery was going to take the old but not deliver the new. On line tracking confirmed delivery of new which didn't happen. many phone call attempts, DM, email to contact impossible. Protested charge sequentially first white glove and then entire purchase. that was then confirmed and i called to find out that i am now minus the old and the new machines and 30 minute wait and told they can't yet confirm refund. got email address for manager no answer. Have now ordered Bowflex machine. btw husband had atrocious svc on nordic track treadmill recent update. while i like ifit trainers nordic track svc atrocious. this is coming from someone who used to use the very first rower, old strider, multiple treadmills for hubby. refund totally pushed by customer through credit card company as above hard to argue against. You should not take the old without having the new machine if that is what i paid for. BTW still waiting for "call backs" from managers to discuss and escalate. You will continue to loose customers based on service. Customers want ways to plan, communicate and answers. I have a perfectly satisfactory communication dealing with the next company when there is a delay

I just want to run on a treadmill

I just want to run on a treadmill. The iFit app keeps crashing and will not allow me to workout. This has been the biggest waste of money! I have owned this machine since July and have only been able to log 6 miles on it. When I call the help line I have to wait 30 minutes before someone answers and they are ONLY available during the weekdays. I have more time for this on the weekend-when they are closed! They forced me to sign up for a JUSTANSWERS service which was a total waste of time and money. IFit charges me for the program subscription but it does NOT work long enough to complete a workout. How do I get my money back for this treadmill? Please come get this boat anchor and refund my money!!!

I purchased my Nordic track two years…

I purchased my Nordic track two years ago. It was supposed to come with a free one year iFit membership. When I went to enroll, they said they no longer had that offer, but would give me 3 months free, even though the offer didn’t show expired on the card. A couple months into paid membership, the cost went up to 4x’s what I was paying without notice. I was informed recently that I can trade in my “old” model for a new model saying that my old one was basically obsolete. Now in order to get the Nordic track to work, I have to unplug and replug in the track every time I go to use it. That’s ridiculous for a commercial grade piece of machinery. I previously reached out to iFit through the app and got no response.

Great Treadmill!!

This treadmill has been on point from the delivery thru current use! It was delivered to my front door and I could tell right away that it was a heavy box! It took my son and I to move it into its future home and it is a beast. The assembly was rather straight forward but it did require 2 people. After assemble, the touch screen made it intuitive and I was up and running right away. I am an older person and I do wish that the on/off switch wasn't located at floor level because I do light to turn it off after use, but other than that, it is a great machine. I love the ability to stream entertainment to the machine so that I can watch while I work out.

Perfect Fit For Small Spaces

Was worried about fitting a treadmill in our basement with the low ceilings, but this one works perfectly even at full incline. The quiet operation is great, and I love how smooth it feels when walking or jogging. Best part is definitely the entertainment options - being able to stream shows or follow guided workouts makes exercise so much more enjoyable.As someone who's never been a huge treadmill fan, I'm surprised by how much I actually use this. It's perfect for getting movement in during work breaks or longer cardio sessions.*I received this at a reduced price in exchange for my honest opinion.*

Nordictrack I want to use my treadmill, PLEASE FIX MY ISSUE!

I ordered the Nordictrack 1750 Commerical treadmill via Amazon. Delivery was great. I've had almost no problems with products from Amazon so did not anticipate issues with the treadmill and cut up the box to unpackage it. Assembled the treadmill according to directions which was not hard. But it never powered on. Tried everything. Reached out to Amazon. They said treadmill had to be returned in original box for full refund. No chance of that happening. They issued a partial refund but I was still on the hook for $1800 and have a huge useless machine taking up significant space. I messaged Nordictrack and received no response for a week. Posted bad review on Amazon and got am email from Nordictrack saying essentially, it could be an electrical issue. Duh! But they offered no resolution. I replied I don't know since electrical issues are not in my scope of knowledge, nor was it my understanding that they needed to be to purchase, assemble and use this equipment. I included captioned pictures explaining the steps I'd taken and how it was all to no avail. I concluded with a request to either send a technician out to diagnose and fix the problem, or replace the unit with one that works, or come pick up the unit and refund the remainder of the purchase price. That was three days ago and I have yet to receive a response. I just want to be able to use this treadmill or get my money back so I can buy one that I can use. ***Update***Nordictrack did respond and sent a technician on 12-30-2024 who found the problem was a non-working display console so he ordered a new one. The replacement arrived about a week later. The technician returned to install the console but it turns out the wrong one was sent. Technician called it in and ordered a new one. Now awaiting arrival of the replacement console.

Strong & Smooth Piece of Equipment To Stay In Shape

Being both a casual runner and marathon trainer, I needed a treadmill that could handle everything. NordicTrack treadmills definitely deliver. Super smooth operation and the decline feature is awesome for simulating real running conditions. It is really quiet too, which is perfect for early morning training. I have used it several times early in the morning with my toddler sleeping and she has not woken up to the noise. A few minor issues - screen's a bit small and you can't tilt it, plus the interface gets laggy when you're really sweating. But honestly, these don't take away from how good this machine is. Put most of it together myself, though having help with some parts made it easier.All in all, my experience with NordicTrack has been extremely positive and I would easily order another one of their products DISCLOSURE: *I received this at a reduced price in exchange for my honest feedback.*

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I registered the product as required 10 years ago. The registration was clearly showing on there web site. They refused to honor the warranty unless I provided proof of purchase. No one keeps a receipt for ten years. What is the point to a warranty registration??
