Your customer service is less to be desired I wanted to change my booking as realised the one I booked had no washing machine new house advertising at a certain price I asked to changed it, Novasol did but at a much higher price ( even though I had specific said In my email the price ) nothing they could do to help. wanted to then change again ( can’t afford the new price ) and they had the nerve to charge me a fee again - now right after this, this new house and price that I wanted was advertised at this discounted price again !! Absolutely disgraceful! I work in travel just shocked that when they make a mistake no accountability and no one in customer relations you can speak to If anyone from Novasol actual sees I would like to be contacted even though I highly doubt anyone from this company would even look at these reviews Update : did get a result thank u
