Three months after the incident below we were contacted by Novasol. They expressed their regret about what had happened and decided to compensate us for the inconvenience their handling had created.They further said that they are working on improving their robotic telephone switchboard so that the communication difficulties will not be repeated in the future. The call from Novasol concerned the following:Novasol canceled our rental around 13 hours before we were supposed to move in. We had to struggle for hours to get through their switchboard and when we finally succeded, they were stone cold about our situation, with four tired kids in the car and nowhere to go a few days before Christmas.We had been driving since morning the day before our rental was supposed to initiate and in the afternoon, 13 hours before we were supposed to enter the rental, while we were on the road, Novasol had tried to call us twice at a two-minute interval. With reference to their two missed calls, Novasol claimed that it was our fault that they unilaterally had decided to cancel everything. They left us with no place to stay a few days before Christmas and nowhere else to go.Novasol felt no obligation to fulfill the deal or to in any way compensate us. Furthermore, their robotic telephone switchboard works as an almost impenetrable wall, making it almost impossible to get to talk to some sort of human being at the company.Only by saying the words "the house is on fire" did we manage to get through.
we are not satisfied, we already come here many times and already twice the jacuzzi didn't work, also the jacuzzi was dirty and we had to clean it, we stayed in the cold for 2 days because there was no heat and hot water, and we pay so much money, why should we stay in the cold and to clean the jacuzzi by ourselves. We want some promise!!!
Irresponsible company. We rented a house with sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool for 3 nights Fri-Mon. We arrived on Friday evening and found the pool and sauna facilities under renovation, no one warned us about this. After complaining, they said - we will call you tomorrow morning, no one called. Finally, the Danish branch offered another house, they sad if you pay more you can move there. We didn't agree to pay, then they replaced booked house to another with no extra cost. We moved on Saturday noon. There was no jaccusi and sauna only worked for half a day. We called for help how to turn on the sauna and we got the answer - today is Sunday, we can help only tomorrow (the day of our departure). In the end, they gave us a compensation of 250 kr., follow they Rental Terms and Conditions section 15 and the case was closed.
Send many complains about several houses now no response no no solutions. I am not happy with invoice afterwards because the heater and boiler is not made for a big house.Its why the houses used too much energy. No sleep because curtains are not sufficient. Blood on my bed dirty and other things. I am not going to pay 400euro energy for that house you are crazy this is fraud. I will go to court if you are not coming with a decent solution for all my complains.
Pathetic. Make a booking and then change the house without making any confirmation of the change. Then send us to an alternative and leave us standing in the dark when no electrical supply could be established. Had to find out own alternative in the end as the office closed before we could get help.Communication at its worst and a total lack of service or care for how they put out people ....more concerned about following a script than dealing with people.
