As a fairly large travel agency is it weird you don’t have any staff on weekends. We wanted to rent from Monday and when I contact you on the end of you working hours Friday. You don’t get any help. Yesterday(Wednesday)night we found out that it was dripping water on the technical room. No help to get even if you call you emergency number and after lots of search I found the owner of the cabin as I don’t get any help from you. All of this makes me not wanna rent again from this company.
My request was to make a change to the extra services because I had made a mistake. This action was carried out by cancelling the booking and creating a new one without notifying me or consulting with me. This became clear to me when I received an email about a new deposit for this new booking.In the chat I only received confirmation of the change.
