Home owners should just avoid them

I trusted NOVASOL to manage the rental of my holiday home in Denmark and the experience has been deeply disappointing.Cleaning that was billed was never carried out, our property was damaged, and even personal belongings went missing during guest stays. Despite repeated complaints and an official police report regarding the theft, communication from NOVASOL has been slow, evasive, and unhelpful. No one has been willing to meet on site to address these problems.As a homeowner, I expected transparency, proper care of the house, and swift action when serious issues arose. NOVASOL failed on all of these points, leaving us frustrated and feeling unprotected.If you’re considering NOVASOL as a homeowner, think twice, check every invoice carefully and be prepared for a lack of accountability should problems occur.Comment regarding Novasol reply: I'm already waiting since beginning of August to talk to someone!!

Hello, I would like to report that although the website states that the rental price for the cottage includes a mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner, these items are not available... so how am I supposed to clean? Another issue is that the door lock is broken. Please contact me.

Do not rent out your house through Novasol!

Very poor communication and no flexibility! I waited for a response to my cancellation for 3 months. I definitely cannot recommend their service as a homeowner. Property ID: S11901

Filth, terrible smell, dirty bed linens, and lots of insects (spiders, cobwebs, mosquitoes...). The rented house looked nothing like the photos posted on the website by the agency — not even 30% accurate.I tried to resolve the issue through their call center, but they were completely unprofessional — from promising to send a cleaning team the next day (which never happened), to saying I would be called back in half an hour (which also didn’t happen), to telling me I could kill the spiders myself...In short: FRAUD.There’s no way to reach a fair resolution with them — on the contrary, it's necessary to file a complaint with the authorities.Do NOT rent from this platform!

When something goes wrong, Novasol apparently just ignores you

We have been renting from Nova Sol for years and have never had any problems. Until this vacation, when Nova Sol simply let us down. We are deeply disappointed in Nova Sol's service and customer friendliness. From day one, the cottage we rented had drainage problems due to a faulty pump, which the owner and Nova Sol were aware of. When we called Nova Sol, we were assured that someone would come by the next day, because it was evening, to solve the problem. This person had forgotten that no one works on Wednesdays and that our case would therefore not be looked at. But we were assured that we could just go away and that everything would be taken care of. When we returned, the sewer smell hit us again, and we called Nova Sol again. Finally, a technician came and immediately had bad news: you can't stay here, especially not with a baby. We were unable to use the facilities during our entire vacation; we couldn't clean ourselves, our baby, our clothes, or the house. Because as soon as you turned on a tap, the bathroom flooded. Nova Sol said they would call us the next morning with a solution, but it's now three days later and we're still waiting. We've called several times, gone to a service point, spoken to several people, but Nova Sol has simply left us stranded, without a house, without accommodation, and with compensation of a mere 20 euros for a stressful and unpleasant vacation that cost us much more than that. Thanks, Nova Sol. We will never book with you again and would advise everyone else not to either, because when something goes wrong, you apparently just abandon your guests.-- Added after NovaSol reaction.We have been waiting for more than 7 days and we keep hearing the same thing, you will be called back soon as possible. The only thing we have heard thusfar is this reaction.What we would like, is a call from you and a reaction on how a holiday accommodation for which we paid more than 400 euros for a couple of nights, in which we could not use anything of the facilities, you only give 20 euros compensation. Still waiting on your call.

Where's the differentiator?

The holiday house (in Denmark) was fine but customer service very hard to contact and did not do what they said they would when contacted. Nothing to differentiate this company over the competition.Note the reply - please call us - but no phone number! You couldn't make it up.
