The descriptions are clear, dimensions and sizes are listed for every item and the photography is beautifully representational. Items are shipped in readily recyclable packaging that is very, very secure and protective of even the most fragile items. And I have never had the annoyance of the shipped air (bubble wrap, air pillows) most online retailers use in abundance to fill oversized cartons. Over more than a decade of transactions with Novica there have been just a couple of occasions to call customer service. They are among the most conscientious and helpful phone staff with whom I have dealt. This is a very good company.
Purchased a bracelet for a friend and was in shock when it finally arrived. It was so small, it could barely fit a child. Totally unacceptable and crappy. They do not pay for the return postage even if the product is not acceptable...I had to pay for insurance coverage and return shipping. Will never do business with them again. Beware if of Novica...total rip off.
Everything they have is unique and artisan made. It is always presented beautifully, with a descriptive story card and brief information about the artist. I have spent thousands of dollars with this site. I look to them whenever I want to give an outstanding gift to someone.
