I'm so impressed with this seller BUT for everyone who's been scamed by other seller I'm so sorry but not all sellers are all spammers especially this woman, she sells clothings not any clothings but thailand cultural clothings, of you want to buy some search "Thanyarat" on novica to see things that will blow your mind

This is the most amazing company I’ve ever worked with! First of all, the website is almost completely accessible to people with disabilities. Only thing that doesn’t work well with the screen reader is choosing a different shipping options. I love the fact that they describe their items. As a matter fact, they do a better job than anyone else on the Internet in describing the items. As for the items that he sell, they’re always beautiful and well-made! This past Christmas, I ordered several Christmas ornaments as gifts. They took a while to clear customs. I didn’t realize this. It was actually Novica that reached out to me and let me know they have been following my package and it seem to offer to do whatever they could to make it right. Fortunately, the package cleared customs and arrived on time but that story is illustrative of what amazing customer service Novica offers. I have worked with Novica for several years and I look forward to purchasing more wonderful items from them in the future.
I got my ring a couple of weeks ago and I cannot find it in me to take it off! It's beautiful and the multiple metals used in it make it the prefect pairing option with all of my other jewelry. The shipping was as expected when it comes to ordering from overseas; It was not a long wait by any means. The packaging was perfect. My ring arrived in a tiny box and inside the box was a beautiful jewelry pouch that contained my ring and a signed card from the artist. I will definitely be returning for future orders.
i ordered pearl drop sterling earrings for a christmas gift 2017. I ordered late (my fault) and when the earring arrived i was shocked. The large pearls shown in the ad and on the business card included in the package were MIA. instead the tiniest tiniest pearls were set in the earrings, so tiny they could barely be seen beyond the setting. what a disappointment. and to make matters worse, i had no other gift available and HAD to give them as a present. so i supposed you could say it was partly my fault for not expecting this misrepresentation by the the maker and novica i suppose. but the major fault is that novica sent me something that did not live up to the image they advertised. they were less than responsive to my situation. i won't buy from them anymore, since i don't trust that what they advertise is what they will deliver. the maker, in ireland is also to blame
I have been buying products from NOVICA for at least 5 years now and have not once been let down on quality or craftsmanship, a a mater of fact I buy something from NOVICA at least 3 times a year and had several sterling silver pieces, a couple of handbags and my new favorite their leather and silver bracelets.They ship very quickly and send you updates of when your order is shipped and the items get to deliver incredibly fast, specially if you consider that shipping is really inexpensive and they are shipping items some times directly from India which is amazing to me!They have beautiful jewelry at a very affordable price and their pieces are unlike anything I can find here.
I am a return customer for a reason. I believe in NOVICA's mission and I've never once been disappointed with their products, shipping, packaging, or communication. I've purchased many items as gifts for others, but one notable item that I've purchased recently is my blue cardigan with multicolor sleeves. It's beautifully made, has held up extremely well to being run through the wash (I should probably be more careful with it), and it fit exactly as I expected it to. A similar cardigan would have cost much more in a place like Earthbound, and I have the satisfaction of knowing that NOVICA is helping artisans around the world. I would absolutely, without hesitation, bet a paycheck on NOVICA, their products, and their customer service.
Last Sunday I ordered a ring through this website, but I accidentally chose the wrong size. I immediately tried to cancel / change my order, leaving Novica with multiple emails and numerous attempts to reach them by phone. None of my e-mails have been replied to, and I also haven't had a call back. The ring is now shipped, and upon reading these other reviews, it is probably going to take a long time for me to get the right size. Already unhappy with the customer service of this company, and I really hope my problem will be resolved quickly.
