Review Time
My purchase was quite an experience. At first I was concerned bc the arrival time was more than 2 weeks. I reached out to Novica. Same day I received a response and support to track the package and was given an arrival date about a week more. The following day I received a tracking notice stating my package would arrive the following day & IT DID! The packaging is like nothing I have seen before- how meticulously presented. I appreciated the Alpaca postcard, the artist's note, and the materials it arrived in-- even the invoice was thoroughly descriptive - no searching for ANY info on a website- for return instructions or customer care. All materials were biodegradable & truly for recycle. Very professional. I can see the care. Oh, and of course the Obsidian Ring! So elegant & hip!! I am very excited about my next purchase (adventure). PypParrilla
This is the worst customer service ever. The first order I placed on December 3 never arrived, they told me it was lost in transit. I reordered which came after Christmas. Then, the mystery "lost" order appeared the second week in January. I returned that item February 1 2021 and still don't have a refund.I have emailed at least twice and had no help.
The 3 outfits I bought from Novia are gorgeous! The quality of the fabric is exquisite. I love the dresses and LOVE wearing them. The package is packed so nicely also. It was really nice opening it. I will be ordering more clothing from this company.
Much like other reviews, NOVICA lied to prevent cancelation of my order, I put in an order and requested a cancellation on a Saturday, they waited until Tuesday after shipping the item to tell me that they could not refund the item since it was already shipped. Absolute garbage and they know it. This has been reported as an issue previously and just know that it is continuing to be systemic in the company. Do not trust them.
BLUF: Lied about dispatching my item to keep the money. Essentially I ordered one too many of an expensive item- baby brain and and obvious mistake but I contacted both the customer service and paypal service minutes later to ask them to correct my order. The next morning I got an email saying it was too late to refund as the item had “already been dispatched”. In the late afternoon I received another email with tracking information clearly showing that the item had not been dispatched when the customer service responded.So they lied. I assume because they were either too lazy to check and didn’t want to help; or they wanted to keep the money. Either way I won’t be using them again as they are obviously untrustworthy.
I received my earrings today and was blown away. They are the most intricate, gorgeous earrings I ever bought. The packaging was perfect with each pair in a pretty cloth bag along with the artist's bio. They have a liberal return policy although I can't imagine they get many returns, if any. As soon as I'm done writing this, I'm going to buy some more jewelry. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.
I've purchased 9 items from NOVICA (so far) and I couldn't be more pleased! All the items were as shown and packed perfectly, with artists bio and gift wrapping. I'm so glad I found NOVICA. A perfect place to buy that unique gift (masks are my weakness and NOVICA has a fantastic inventory).The prices are more than fair and I love reading the artist's stories.If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!!!!!!
