Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, predatory non-return policy where they refuse to provide a reasonable return shipping option, so that people are forced to spend upwards of half the value of the item the are returning simply on shipping. ‘Managers’ who avoid returning phone calls, and then flat out refuse to assist customers in need. Plus, their products are cheap and made with horrible fabrics. Awful company, do not purchase their products.

Shockingly bad customer service, left me high and dry!

I bought a Nuna mixx bundle direct from their shop.nuna website which claimed 3-7 days delivery. I then received an email to say the order had been "slightly" delayed and that I should review the order, accept or cancel it. I reviewed the order which didn't show any changes but that if I didn't make a decision they would proceed with there "delayed" order either way. Not wanting to cancel and be left without a pram, car seat and buggy, I emailed and called their Kibo customer services address - no answer, even after being on hold for 20 minutes. I then emailed the Nuna website customer service team, which sent an auto-reply with a telephone number for urgent enquiries - I called this but received an answerphone message to say the line wasn't in use. I tried emailing again and finally got a response - my order was not "slightly" delayed, it was delayed by 6 weeks!!! Also if I didn't cancel within 24 hours they would process the order anyway.I've been left with no choice but to cancel the order, wait for a refund - which they didn't clarify until I sent more emails, and then try and find another buggy system.
