Nuna were so helpful when we lost the crotch cover of the car seat. I enquired to purchase a new one and they kindly sent one for free. Quick response to my query. Very happy with the service.

Request for spare part

The customer service I have received from nuna has been nothing short of outstanding. I was fully expecting that the company would not be able to help with the spare part I had enquired about, but Lisa has been fantastic. She dealt with my enquiry very quickly and is sending the part free of charge. I am so grateful to her and to nuna for replacing the part. I can recommend this company wholeheartedly and the after service is exemplary when it would have been easy to say it was unavailable. Thank you!

Great aftercare

Despite buying our leaf wind many years ago, when we recently got it out of storage for our new arrival we couldn't find the cable. Nina replaced the cable at no charge when it was absolutely not expected. Fantastic service!

Great Customer Service

We have a Nuna Leaf and the seat cover had a small tear in it. We contacted Nuna about purchasing another cover and they have offered to send us out a replacement free of charge. The customer service received has been amazing, especially compared to other companies.

Fantastic customer service!

Having been given a second hand Nuna Mixx travel system, we were looking to purchase a new mattress for the carry cot. I rang Nuna customer services who immediately offered to send me a free replacement mattress. I was fully prepared to pay and am extremely impressed with the high level of customer support. Without question, I will be looking to make future purchases from Nuna. Amazing service!

Nuna Zaaz

We were given a second hand 10 year old Nuna Zaaz highchair. The straps were missing, so called up Nana. They very kindly offered to send us replacement straps, free of charge. Couldn't believe our luck!! We also have the Nuna Leaf, also 10 years; our daughter loves it!! But I would suggest getting the mobile that is designed to go with the Leaf; it's not expensive. It means I can leave our daughter and get things done around the house and know she's well entertained. We also have the Nuna travel cot, which is only a few years old. It's brilliant and like the other two items we own, they are all great quality. You definitely get what you pay for.

Absolutely the best customer service experience that I have ever had. Caroline was efficient and went above and beyond what I would have expected. She was so pleasant and helpful. My query was resolved promptly and personally with an email very quickly after I had spoken on the phone. I would have 100% confidence in buying from this company again because of their excellent customer service.

The best company I have ever dealt with!

I highly recommend the Nuna company! Great product quality and amazing service! I lost the carrycot cover .. and I wrote to Nun where I can buy the same cover. Due to the fact that they do not have it on offer yet, they sent me a new cover for free! The lady who corresponded with me was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much Nuna UK! You are the best!! xxx
