My nuna leaf was given as a gift for my baby girl. Within a few months and a few washes the fabric worn out extremely. I contacted nuna directly and was so impressed with their customer service. I got a prompt reply and the resolved my problem within a few communications. Thank you Lisa/Deborah for such amazing customer service.
Contacted Nuna on the off chance of some help in obtaining a spare part. Extremely quick response and very detailed. After all the information was obtained they have sent the spare part of within 48 hours of my initial contact. Unreal customer service and our Rebl Plus has been a great purchase.
Has been a great 4 years with Nuna Leaf Grow, and finally it gave up. Contacted Nuna CS couple of days ago to ask for spare parts/product replacement of my Nuna, top notch! They replied super quick and came with solution instead of just giving pity reply. With the price I paid, and with this kind of customer service, not going to be disappointed. Keep up the good work, Nuna!
A fantastic brand that has proven itself over and over, we have 4 Nuna products (TAVO pushchair, Travel cot, Leaf and PIPA baby carrier with isofix base) and have been hugely impressed and happy with all of them. The TAVO pushchair especially has lasted us so well, we've been using it for 3 years now and it could almost pass for new. Very recently the rain cover ripped ( through my own fault.. shut it in the boot 🤦♀️) however as the TAVO is no longer on sale in the UK I struggled to find replacement. Got in touch with Nuna through their facebook page, and within 10 minutes a new cover was on its way to me. A brilliant company with great products and great customer service
Cannot rate Nuna highly enough, every time we have contacted customer services they have been quick to respond and sort the issue (replacing a damaged part or advise on what we need to source and where from). Makes dealing with a company, even during lockdown, a pleasant experience and just backs up the quality of their product range. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Angela who has been amazing at ensuring that we had the Nuna Pearl set up correctly for our little one. Having a baby during lockdown has definitely made things a little more challenging than we’d being prepared for and as new parents, everything was an unknown. With no car seat services operating, we were getting rather concerned about whether we had the car seat set correctly. Angela has been amazing at answering our questions, reassuring us and has spent a lot of time checking and double checking that we were happy and felt confident. She called us every day for a week to check we were happy and to go through sizing of the chair both with and without my 15 week old son. She also sent pictures and videos as well as going into their showroom to double check and compare our pic with that of one in the showroom. So, I’ll end as I started by saying we’d like to say a HUGE thank you to Angela as her care and attention to detail has been amazing. Angela - I hope you have a lovely break and enjoy the time off. It’s well deserved.
We love the Nuna Norr car seat so much we purchased two of them. Really easy to use with the swivel feature making everyday life so much easier (especially when pregnant!). Big thank you to Lisa in customer services who helped us with a missing part that we had lost, really efficient service! Thank you!
