I haven't actually bought a Nuna product directly, instead my mum bought us the travel system second hand. We learnt of the recommendations to replace second hand mattresses and I wrote to Nina to ask if they sold a replacement. Within 24 hours I was told that they did not but if they had a spare part matching then they would provide it to me free of charge, which they subsequently are doing. So shines a good deed in a weary world. Exceptional service.
I rang Nuna customer service in the hope of replacing a misplaced shoulder pad for my son’s car seat. Caroline, who I spoke to on the customer service team was so helpful and confirmed replacement shoulder pads would be sent out to me in the post. Great customer service and lovely helpful staff!
Nuna provide excellent customer service! I could not have asked for a better outcome. After loosing my seat liner whilst on holiday, I tried to source a replacement but was unable to. I contacted Nuna and was very impressed by the prompt response (from Lisa at Nuna) and that as a gesture of good will they would send me a replacement. I would definitely recommend Nuna as I believe, due to the service I have received with a small problem, if I were to have a bigger problem they would not hesitate to assist me.
I have a Nuna Mixx Next travel set which I absolutely love - great quality, easy to use, compact yet robust design. Unfortunately I lost one of the harness pads recently so got in touch with Nuna on the off chance they had a spare part. I spoke to Lisa from customer services who was friendly, professional, prompt to reply and managed to source spare pads and send to me as a gesture of goodwill. They arrived a couple of days later and I am incredibly grateful and impressed with the service I received.
I guess Nunababy is friendly anout replacing missing parts but when an entire package becomes missing, they turn a blind eye. I have never had an experience where it became my fault for missing packages. The person (Michelle) I was chatting with did not seem to care about my concern and kept trying to redirect the fault on fedex or kept telling me that they did not have insurance (like this is a good thing?). Then she just left the chat without saying I would be transferred or anything and sent me off to someone else. In the end, my $1700 package went missing and Nunababy refuses to take responsibility. Considering that they are expensive, I would suggest you to purchase their products in store or through a different merchant because Nunababy for some reason does not require signatures for packages or has insurance. Ridiculous.
The Nuna Team have gone above and beyond to help with my son’s Nuna Mixx problem. The care and service shown is truly a show of outstanding customer service to their clients. We would not hesitate to recommend Nuna products. Huge thanks to the superb Consumer Service Advisor, Lisa, who dealt with our problem. Your kindness/helpfulness was outstanding and very much appreciated. Thank you very much.
