We are a big fan of Nuna products and have most of their product range; stroller, leaf, cot, car seat, etc We recently received a Nuna Zaaz high chair from a relative that had the seat damaged and could not find the spare parts online. We decided to contact Nuna customer service and they sorted this out within a couple of days and sent the cushion to us free of charge. Needles to say we are very impressed with their customer service and very glad we decided to go with Nuna for most of our baby's products.
I absolutely adore this product. The best baby gadget I ever purchased by a mile!!! So chic, neat and aesthetically pleasing aswel as being the most practical and amazing gadget on the market. I have the wind Nuna leaf and it's worth every penny and more. Lasting up to 4 years of age...you get your monies worth. The customer service is brilliant. I wanted a new cover for my baby on the way...Cathy replied straight away and solved my query for me completely stress free. Very friendly and helpful. Can't sing their praises enough!
We bought a Nuna a leaf as a present for my husband’s daughter who had twins. Both babies live being in it. I contacted Nuna regarding getting an extra cover. The customer service received was quick & efficient and one is on its way. Fabulous product, fabulous customer care! Thank you
Absolutely amazing customer service! Bought a Nuna travel cot and there was a part missing so I contacted the retailer (John Lewis) who were no use whatsoever. I also contacted Nuna who were able to send me out a replacement part immediately. Fabulous product and fabulous service! Thank you Nuna
We purchased a Nuna Leaf in 2016 for our first born. After my son was around 2 years old we put it in the garage and we've since moved house too. We had a new baby 5 weeks ago. Unfortunately the cover developed some mould and I didn't want to risk incorrectly washing it and not killing all the mould spores. I contact Nuna customer services to enquire about purchasing a new cover. To my amazement they decided to send us a new one at no cost to us. Simply can't ask for better service and this was 4 years after purchase. Amazing company and won't hesitate buying their products and recommending them. A special thanks to Lisa for arranging the new cover, really appreciated!
I have had my nuna Mixx pram for almost 2 years. Unfortunately due to alot of wear and tear one wheel became faulty. Since we are due another baby in a few months I thought I would try and replace it as the pram itself is still in great condition. I couldn't find a replacement that I could purchase so I contacted the customer service department of nuna and had an excellent experience. They were prompt with responding to my query and have arranged for replacement parts to be sent directly to me. Great service!
I recently purchased my second Nuna car seat, not only are they easy to install but they also look great. Most importantly it was about getting a car seat that was safe for my daughter when travelling in the car... these seats tick all the boxes for me.With another baby on the way i'll definitely be buying from Nuna again... highly recommended.
The canopy for my Nuna pushchair system had broken and I was worried I'd have spend a lot more to get a replacement. After reaching out and providing all the necessary information, they sent a replacement free of charge! Incredible attention to customer satisfaction even during these tough COVID-19 times! Will be recommending to my friends and family for sure
