Fantastic service from Nuna. Prompt and professional in responding and managed to find a replacement infant insert for my Nuna Rebl car seat and send it out free of charge. I thought the car seat was great, didn't realise till today that the company behind it was even better. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
We recently lost our rain cover for Nuna Mixx carrycot. After searching online to buy a new one I contacted Nuna for advice on where to purchase. To our great surprise, they promptly responded and offered a free replacement as a goodwill gesture! Thankyou Nuna, hassle free customer service is so appreciated
We are a lover of the Nuna brand and it’s products and have purchased many items over the last few years. I have had an issue with our highchair this week, with the arm piece breaking. The customer service has been excellent and Nuna are sending out a new part free of charge, even though it was out of warranty. One of the many reasons we love Nuna!
We chose the Nuna Mixx pushchair after looking at the many options available for our first baby. It isn’t the smallest pushchair to fit in the car but the quality is excellent and it’s so easy to swap the top section between car seat, carrycot and pushchair. Our baby had all daytime naps in the carrycot until nearly 6 months old too so it’s been really well used. We also have Nuna isofix car seats and the Leaf chair and I’d recommend them all. The customer service from Nuna is brilliant and I’d definitely look at them first for future products, they’re worth the money.
Highly recommend Nuna products. They are always made to such great quality and detail. We have had car seats, leaf, travel cot, changing bag and more..... we wouldn’t use any others. Our most recent purchase is the Nuna Pepp Stroller and it is perfect, comfortable and stylish. Always received great service from Nuna and for the quality of the products the price is very good.
We love our Nuna car seats. We have 4 children and only since our son was born in 2018. They are by far the safest, stylish and by far the best quality we've ever had. They come with a summer seat cover too which is at no extra cost. We now have Nuna in both of our cars for both our youngest children. Highly recommend Nuna for any stage car seat.
