Minor issue with a broken part ( broken due to me i might add, not a defect) Ella and Lauren could not have been more helpful. Replacement part on its way to me FOC. Nuna Baby WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! Purchased a $800 Nuna Tavo travel system for my daughters 1st baby in July while visiting TX. (it was on sale) We opened it to put it together Christmas eve and and the base for the car seat was missing. I called both the store and Nuna to have them send us a base and was told I need provide them a receipt and photos of the box. I didn't anticipate having an issue with a $800 travel system and had no intention on driving from GA to TX to return it, so we didn't keep it and the box was broken down thrown away after we unpacked it. Long story short, in order for my daughter to use it i have to purchase the $160 base that should have been included what what i already paid for. Like its possible to walk out of Dillards with an entire travel system without paying for it. Dillards nor Nuna passed the buck to each other for a week. Neither would send us a base or even allow me to purchase one as less than the selling price. I am not the only person this has happened to and I am giving the warning to those thinking of buying from Nuna. Unless you open the box before you leave the store and make sure you have what you paid for.... DON'T

SO HUGE it is impractical for true city living - NUNA MIXX NEXT

Nuna Mixx NEXT Travel SystemA high end investment that has caused us nothing but grief. Everything is huge. We have been denied carriage by taxis and Ubers in both London and Oxford. They say the chassis it too large. Too a taxi has refused to take the car seat, claiming it is unsafe. The Oxford busses cannot accommodate this travel system. The car seat in our BMW 5 series requires the front seat passenger to be in the smallest available space. In a collision the baby may survive but the front seat passenger will almost certainly not.While everything looks fine on paper ... BIGGER IS NOT BETTER!!Would we be able to send this back it would be on its way.Buyer beware ... what works for some does not work for everyone.

We bought a nuna mixx travel system a couple of years ago and we have really loved using it. Easy to assemble and put flat, and comfortable for our little boy to sit in when out and about.Fast forward a couple of years and as we don't use it as much we put the stroller in the garage for storage. Unfortunately for us some mice also decided it looked lovely and have chewed through the padding at various bits on the stroller seat.Contacted Nuna customer services and a lovely lady called Lisa helped us to sort some replacement parts free of charge, (needed the serial number off the data plate which was on the bottom of the carry cot to make sure we got the right bits). It has really been a pleasant surprise to recieve such friendly service so close to Christmas. Thank you Lisa and Nuna - great job👍
