Unsatisfactory Experience with High Chair

I expected much more from a premium brand. The high chair seemed fine initially, but when it came to basic sustainability, the brand failed completely. After some years, I needed just a new cushion and harness, but they had no spare parts available. This is wasteful and against ecological responsibility. Selling expensive items while refusing simple replacements is disappointing. After almost a month, no one has contacted me, which only reinforces my concerns.

Disappointed Loyal Customer

For years, I praised my car seats from this brand. I have two young children and have invested in multiple seats due to their safety ratings and ease of cleaning. However, after an incident where a part was damaged, I reached out for help. While I didn’t expect a warranty claim, I hoped for quality service given my investment. Instead, I received a dismissive response with no offers for replacement parts or discounts. The only suggestion was to sign up for sales notifications, but I need a car seat immediately. It’s frustrating that there’s no phone support, just email. This brand seems to lack genuine customer care. I’ve heard that other brands provide excellent service and support, unlike this one.

Absolute horrible customer service

Absolute horrible customer service. I will continue to tell everyone that is wondering what car seat to buy. I placed the order to have it sent to my P.O. Box. After it made its way all the way to Oahu the tracking says the package is undeliverable because fed ex doesn’t deliver not deliver to P.O. Boxes. They said the package needs to be returned then i will be refunded, then i need to purchase the product again. The lack in integrity came when they told me that since I would have to buy it again I would have to pay the original price, not the sale price I initially purchased it at. Not only was this issue not my fault and I couldn’t even get my package on time for my child, but they also didn’t want to give me the product for the purchase price that I had agreed on when I ordered it. Then they contacted me back and said the only way for me to get it at the sale price is I would need to purchase it at the original price then they will change it on their end. They haven’t been trustworthy prior and they expect me to trust them to honor what they claimed. Update: now they state they will refund the difference after I give them the original amount. They haven’t conducted good business practices yet but they expect me to trust that they will do the right thing after I pay the full amount. There’s an option at checkout to enter a discount or promotion code. I simply don’t understand why they cannot just create a one time use custom discount code like any normal business and let me use that to purchase the car seat again. Their operation has very suspicious business practices it makes me think that’s why they aren’t a BBB accredited business. This makes me question product quality as well if they cannot maintain a trustworthy business.

Do better - support parents!

Unfortunately our car was stolen 2 weeks after our baby was born with the Nuna pram and car seat inside. I contacted Nuna to try to rebuy a chassis from them as I still had the stroller and bassinet and was told this was not an option and I would have to rebuy a whole new pram.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support from Nuna. I have had to pay £660 for a new pram as well as needing to buy a new car seat and fittings etc.If I was aware of the lack of support and opportunity to buy specific spare items I would have opted for a different brand of pram. I had to buy a bundle and additional items to get what I wanted in the first place because they are packaged in such a way that you never get everything you want/ need in its entirety, and now I have had to rebuy a whole pram rendering the new stroller bit useless.Becoming a new parent is expensive enough as it is, without the baby industry monetising at every opportunity. The lack of support here is disgusting.Do better - support parents!!

Nuna REVV rotating car seat

In 2024 I upgraded my sons Doona to this bad boy (NUNA REVV from Pottery Barn limited edition) at the time a drove a 21 Chevy Silverado. My husband and I both installed, uninstalled the car seat multiple times and there was WAY too much slack and the car seat would move if you barely pushed it. I went to Nunas website, watched the how to and made sure we had it installed correctly. I switched trucks with my husband thinking it was just my vehicle that was the problem. Nope! So last month I chose to get ride of my truck and got a jeep wrangler. Installed the car seat only to find I HAD THE SAME EXACT ISSUE. This is incredible unsafe. Disappointed I contacted Nuna and had a zoom call with a tech that first of all, tired to tell me how to install the seat step by step with her while she sat in an office like chair that had a seat belt. To prove it wasn’t me installing it wrong I uninstalled the car seat 3 times via zoom and re installed it each time to be told that ultimately the car seat wasn’t defective, and she thought my bench seat wasn’t at the correct upright position. After 30 minutes in 87 degree weather I realized she wasn’t going to help me and it wasn’t being installed correctly. I had some choice words for her and hung up. The woman actually told me to not use force when moving the car seat and to just pull on the seat belt latch that came across when testing its safety. I told her, so if some hits me from behind or god forbid t bones us, you don’t think they will use enough force to move this car seat about and hurt my child? I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted to switch car seats to another one that had high safety ratings where this one ranked the lowest among most other. I’ve never been so disappointed at how much I spent on this just to look nice and not protect my child. At this point it’s a loss because I can’t sell it to anyone because I know how unsafe this is. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS.

Disappointed in Quality and Customer Support

We bought a Nuna stroller and after just two months of use, the front wheel started malfunctioning. It no longer stays straight, constantly rotates and makes clicking noises, and whenever we go over a bump or gap, the wheel turns sideways and blocks, making the stroller very difficult — and even dangerous — to use.We contacted Nuna support, and while they acknowledged the issue and offered to repair the stroller, they didn’t provide any replacement while it’s being fixed. This is extremely inconvenient and unrealistic — how are we supposed to get around with a baby and no stroller? We are essentially being asked to either keep using a defective product that puts our child at risk or send it in for repair and be left housebound.This is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the lack of proper support or a temporary replacement shows poor customer care. We expected much better from a premium brand like Nuna. Very disappointed.

No replacement for parts

Very stressful situation that nuna has not helped. I’m from the UK and bought my nuna triv next stroller here but when I went on holiday to the US our seat got lost in transit. Our child is too big for the car seat so we reached out to the US support team which directed us to the uk/European team. They said they can’t supply us with parts… even if we paid for them! This renders my stroller useless.I can’t find anything online, they aren’t the most helpful people, trust me when I say don’t fall for the fancy marketing. To all the new mums AVOIDREPLY: This is precisely my point, I think it’s ridiculous how as a consumer we can’t buy a part of the stroller you sell, it renders the rest of the product useless, which was bought for over £1k!I also read online that in the US you can get a replacement part, don’t know how true this is.

The worst stroller company and…

The worst stroller company and products!!! Dont buy ever from them !!! Purchased the bmw nuna mixx and once i changed stroller from bassinet to the seat the stroller started maken loud noises. Called them they told me to send the stroller back ( which i had to buy a box also for ) and in 7-10 days theyll send me a new one . I explained that isnt fair do to a defect and why shuld i have to go out of my way to buy a box . Also explained i dont drive so i need a stroller i cant be without one especially to pickup my child from school they told me nothing they can do. The manager that handles all warranty didnt give 2 craps and said nothing i can do. Also to mention i bout the nuna swing and the velcro on the strap wasnt strapping and my baby almost fell out of it. Complete crap of products and customer service sucks!

So disappointing

So disappointing, save your money, these products are not worth it! Absolutely terrible experience. Our stroller wheel bolt fell off not even a year into gentle use and we need a spare part. I emailed Nuna back on February 25th, 2025 and they responded they were going to send me a new set of wheels. On March 6th, they sent me the wrong set of wheels and when I emailed them back to tell them to send me the front ones, which are the ones I need. They emailed back stating, they were not in stock and it would be +/- 60 days. I told them I had a trip out of town and I needed my stroller, “there was nothing they could do about it”. It is now June 11th and yet no wheels. I did email them again May 5th and they emailed me back, May 8th to tell me it can be another 60 days. It’s ridiculous how much I’m struggling with my now toddler because I don’t have a stroller! Could’ve probably bought one for half the price and it would be working fine, but I won’t be buying such an expensive product from them again.
