We love our Nuna Mixx pram! For my first son it was great from birth to being a toddler. We are now using this for our second son but our rain cover ripped. I contacted Nuna and they replied within hours and are sending out a new one free of charge, amazing customer service!
Excellent customer service, I emailed nuna asking about a replacement part for my leaf that I already have had for a while and they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. They resolved my query with no problems or questions asked. Nuna are one of my top favourite baby brands and I will continue to use their products for my second pregnancy. Quality products and quality staff. Thanks to Ella for all of her help.

5* products & 5* customer service is what you will get from Nuna, I have had many different Nuna products including the Nuna Zaaz, Nuna Leaf and Nuna Sena Air all products have been amazing and they are made to last I will always return to Nuna as they have the most reliable baby products and service I have ever used. Lost my post adopters (arra car seat) and couldn't find it anywhere for sale expect on eBay a used one for £59!+delivery so I rang customer service and they informed me that they don't sell parts however if they have they send it to me for free of charge and they did have one.! I was stressing about it for a few days that I managed to lose two sets of adapters in two weeks!- So happy and pleased with the service! Definitely made my day! I was researching what car seat we should upgrade once the arra is too small but now it definitely will be the nuna tres lx, not choosing different brand in case! Thanks again Nuna!
