Review Time
This is a tough review to write because the product really did wonders for me WHEN it was working . I bought it back in March 2024 and it was working wonderfully and I loved the deal with it coming with a plunge . For serverap months no problems. Then in august the steamer stopped working. I tried it on each outlet in my house and it didn’t work. The team was quick with getting me a replacement which came to me within 2-4 days. Awesome. Then I had an improved experience with the new steamer they gave me which seemed to heat it up quicker. Unfortunately a month after use the product stopped working again. This time I contacted support time and they were again quick with sending out a replacement . I received the tracking info on October 2 with the estimated delivery for October 5 awesome again! Unfortunately my tracking info the next day showed it was in china then it travelled to Los Angeles on the 9th. Sweet La is not far from San Diego must be coming soon. Nope no updates until the 15th and now my package is in Chicago . I reach back out to support and they mention a brief set back but should be sent by the end of the week. This product is not reliable look towards others

This nurecover and cold tub I bought a year ago and just opened it doesn’t come with any correct instructions or information on how to set this up correctly I have a broken femur and hip I’m recovering from and cannot set it up by myself injured the way I am and this company takes a long time to respond or give a refund this is highly unacceptable I believe I have the first original nurecover sauna and cold tub
They have a generic copy and paste reply for every complaint on here. They don’t actually try to make an effort to fix anything past that. They just want people to see they are replying that first time. If you check BBB, you can see they don’t address anything there. The money back guarantee is misleading. The product is cheap. Please go through and see that every bad review has the same generic copy and paste response. Save your money and purchase a sauna elsewhere.
I enjoy the ice bath, although the fittings supplied with the system are cheap and pathetic. When hooking up the hoses, the plastic fittings are so cheap that if you tighten just a tad bit too much, they strip. At least three of the connections have a steady leak, and with minimal movement, it escalates. When spending the amount of money to get the chiller you would think the fittings would reflect the money spent.
