Overall horrible experience

Overall horrible experience. The almost $1K cooling pump leaked and the customer service was zero help. Highly recommend staying away from this company.

Good product, terrible instructions.

Product is well made. The steamer gets very hot. Instructions are poor. Red lights are cheap and battery operated.

I bought the sauna and a cold plung…

I bought the sauna and a cold plung unit came with it for free,how exciting! We were told that it was going to be delivered in a few weeks maybe. I could not believe my eyes when the email came in saying my Nurecover sauna was being delivered 8-10 or less. 2days later it was on my front porch. we istantly set them both up! My son went first to check it out, ""it is amazing" cold plunge was next, brrrrr "it is amazing MOM". Then I did it, AMAZING was right! we had one issue.....the heating unit went out, BUT, I emailed Nurecover and right away they got back to me. They were very nice. They sent me a free heating unit with NO PROBLEMS AT ALL! we recieved the unit within a week or less. WE are so HAPPY with our sauna and cold plung. THANK YOU for helping me get the experience of a gym sauna without going to the gym. Our quality of life has just improved 100%thank youLesli GerberBend Oregon

Great product!

The sauna and ice pod are a great combo! Both are good quality and work as they should. Customer service is great. Very helpful and prompt. I enjoy using them both daily.

Good experience overall

Products are in good condition and my shipping was fast. I had to return something. It was complicated and took time but I finally had my money back so you can trust them but you have to be patient and determined. By 2025-05-28 I had another issue and I have to say that they have a much better service and answer fast. And they arranged the situation rapidly so I have to change my review for a better one!

The quality of the equipment is poor

The quality of the equipment is poor, plast bit on the inside of the lid,broke within 1 month, then the steamer broke, got a replacement that took far too long to come, then the plastic bit inside the lid broke within 2 days, no reply or replacement for that
